Location: Wales Birthday: 12 March, 1972 Bio: I grew up in Wales, UK, in a great little town called Barry. At the age of 19 I became very interested in bodybuilding and fitness. I worked for Olympus sports and became a fitness specialist learning and progressing all the time. In 1992 I left with a greater understanding of what fitness was all about. In 2000 I changed my profession and built up my own business in Graphics Design where I had the opportunity to work for some bodybuilding professionals. It was then that I came across a bodybuilding website, and saw a man with a lovely smile and a great physique. I was hooked!
