When trying to install Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy for pc, nothing gets copied or you get an error installer error 1330.

The problem is not your system, its the game installer. The fix for this problem can be found at Lucas Arts website here.

I know Games and software have their problems and need patches, what I dont understand is how does an installation error get by the entire company all the way through production? I am sure they test the installation of their game or software on the most popular operating system on the planet, and the only one that supports the game.

I know over reacting is tiresome, but come on, a patch for the installer? Get it together Lucas Software.

I clicked on an advertisement that showed a guy going underneath an oncoming bus.

To watch the video I had to install something called Setup.exe. Then I read the license agreement and in section 5 they define their software, and it matches the definition of spyware, except, they are telling you in the agreement and then they can get around spyware detection.

9/11/2001 > Giuliani For President or a Long Jail Sentence

Rudolph W. Giuliani should spend time in jail and never come close to a seat at the white house. The only thing Giuliani can run for president on, is his role in the September 11 attacks in 2001. What a lot of people fail to realize in this country is that Giuliani is the reason why there was no proper investigation into the wreckage of the twin towers and building 7.

In any case of a criminal event, such as 9/11, all evidence should be looked over to find out what the details of the cause of the failures were.  Doing this helps the planning for future buildings and existing buildings that could fall under the same attack. However, when it came to 9/11, most things that should have been done, were not done, and they were done illegally.

It is against the law to remove evidence from a crime scene and then have that evidence destroyed overseas. That is exactly what Giuliani did. New York authorities authorized all but 150 pieces of the wreckage to be sold and shipped over seas to be recycled and not to be examined for investigation.

But why? Why would hundreds of thousands of pieces of steel be shipped away before it can be analyzed?

But New York Mayor Mike Bloomberg insisted there are better ways to study the tragedy of September 11.

"If you want to take a look at the construction methods and the design, that's in this day and age what computers do," said Bloomberg, a former engineering major. "Just looking at a piece of metal generally doesn't tell you anything."

To end this thought, lets think about the statement, "Just looking at a piece of metal generally doesn't tell you anything."

If you look at the photos of the steel beams, you will see that by looking at the steel you can see massive steal columns cut in angles that match the angles used by demolition cutter charges.

By simply looking at these steel columns, you can see that no fire could cut steel in such a way and no damage from a plane could cause this type of damage.

For an official to make these types of statements and then have the steel removed and shipped off without analysis is criminal.

No we can not.

A lot of people and politicians in America are worried about gay rights and gay marriage. Since when was being gay illegal? If the Christian groups want to talk about effects of gay marriage and how it shatters all of humanity, then maybe we should remind them of the divorce rate? In 1999, the last year the federal government collected such statistics, the divorce rate was right at 50%.

Not to mention, the simple fact that straight (not gay) parents, have gay offspring. If you want to blame gay marriage on anyone, blame it on the parents who where married when decided to have kids.

I do not know a statistic, but I hope that all parents, of gay people, support them through their life as a human being.

Isn't there something in the bible about judging people. Doesn't it come down to the Gods judgment?

The United States is in Iraq nation building trying to get that country to get along by way of killing one another. Sounds like it might make sense to a three year old. And yet here in America certain groups of people are fighting for their freedom that is guaranteed in the Constitution, oh yeah, unless you happen to be gay.

Do you know why people went to the polls this past Nov. 2? It was not to smack Bush on the hand or get Donald Rumsfeld fired, it was to send a clear message to Bush that he could not read from the polls. America does not support any war based on a bunch of lies. Leave policing the world up to the world police, or is the United States new function in the world to police it and turn the entire world into one big map of the USA.

George Bush seems all to eager to work together with congress since having six years of his way with just about anything he could make up.

The democrats elected and head swelling that has consumed most of them pisses me off more than George Bush still being elected. It is not about democrats, its not about republicans, its about calling out an unchecked government that has no end to disgrace, scandal with illegal behavior.

It is the duty of the people to criticize the government, especially the president in times of peace and war. That is why it works, because it is under the watchful eye of the powerful people. We the people dammit. Not we the people we elect to screw us over in Capitol hill, so they can drool on each other over majority, or use it as a string to run for president. Is that what congress has come to be? The training ground and advertising ground for the setup of presidential elections?

It is the job of the American people to be active and to speak out and use those freedoms that our founding fathers created so that a country as great as ours could stand the test of time.

The greatest threat to America is not the people our government labels enemies, instead those who create the labels are far more dangerous, they tell us who to kill.

Congress and the people need to set the standard for presidents. Just because you are president does not mean you can screw up everything, hide information from the people and congress and get away with it because of some new post 9/11 word, terror.

George Bush failed as commander and cheif. Does America want to set its standards any lower than that of George Bush?

The constitution is there for a reason, it is there to be used by and for the people. Not for the interest of lobbyist, corporations, or anything other than the people of the united states.

George Bush Mocks The Iraq Deaths
At the 60th annual dinner of the Radio and Television Correspondents' Association in March 2004, Bush narrated a slideshow of images that showed him puzzled looking around the Oval Office, under tables and behind doors.

"Those weapons of mass destruction have got to be here somewhere," he mused.

"No, no weapons over there."

"Maybe under here?," Bush chuckled as fat vacuous Republican stooges in the audience smacked their lips amidst fits of laughter and applause for their gracious leader.

George Bush has betrayed his country and all of its free people.

I'm voting this year and there is no way I could ever support someone who supports George Bush or his ideas for leadership in Iraq. George Bush has failed us all. By lying to the American people on issues like reasons for the Iraq war, shitting on the constitution with the claim of terror as the excuse.

The majority of Americans are fed up with Bush and his slack ass ideas of how to run this country has ran its course. The reason it is important to change the Congress to a Democratic party is to bring back over site to an administration that has taken away our constitutional rights. George Bush swore to protect the constitution, instead he avoids it, because it does not give him the power to hide programs from congress.

Create laws because he broke the old ones.

On October 17, George W. Bush signed into law the Military Commissions Act of 2006. This new law gives Bush power similar to that possessed by Stalin or Hitler, and grants agencies within the Executive Branch powers similar to those of the KGB or Gestapo.

Except for MSNBC's Keith Olbermann, few television news reporters have bothered to mention that the Military Commissions Act has changed the U.S. justice system and our approach to human rights. As Olbermann said of the new law on his October 17 Countdown program, the new act "does away with habeas corpus, the right of suspected terrorists or anybody else to know why they have been imprisoned."

How does the rest of the world respect the united states as a country of free people when the government and the bush administration repeatedly make laws that restrict our basic freedoms, freedoms to our constitution? And then we treat people we grab up around the world just like convinced criminals or worse. Believe it or not, like it or not, people are innocent until someone proves otherwise in a court of law. Where the accused meets his or her accuser and details out why and what charges are being brought against them. But not in American, not anymore.

Jonathan Turley, George Washington University Constitutional Law Professor, was Olbermann's guest. Olbermann asked him, "Does this mean that under this law, ultimately the only thing keeping you, I, or the viewer out of Gitmo is the sanity and honesty of the president of the United States?"

Turley responded, "It does. And it's a huge sea change for our democracy. The framers created a system where we did not have to rely on the good graces or good mood of the president…People have no idea how significant this is. What, really a time of shame this is for the American system. What the Congress did and what the president signed today essentially revokes over 200 years of American principles and values."

Although we have a free press, rather than follow Olbermann's good example, most television news reporters have responded to this nullification of America's fundamental principles by avoiding the subject. News networks which voluntarily relinquish their right and duty to challenge government officials function more as the Soviet Union's Pravda or Hitler's Nazi press program than as a genuinely free press.

Just as the mainstream media failed to adequately question the Bush administration's many shifting rationales for invading Iraq in the lead-up to the war, they're now failing to challenge Bush's logic and motives as he justifies eviscerating the Constitution in the name of his ever-expanding "war on terror." How realistic is this so-called war, and is the Bush administration conducting it effectively?

politics > The Federal Income Tax Law Does Not Exist

When tax expert Phil Hart from Idaho looked through the statutes for a law that requires the average person to pay an income tax, he could find no law that describes such. Every American should watch this video. Send it to everyone you know.

The Constitution allows for two types of taxes. A direct and indirect tax.

A direct tax must be apportioned. To Davide equally amongst the people.

An indirect tax are taxes that are gasoline and tobacco. These taxes can be avoided to those who choose not to use their car or use tobacco products. An indirect tax must be the same (uniform) throughout all states.

The income tax of now does not fit the criteria of either of these taxes allowed by the constitution.

The IRS claims that, in 1913, the 16th Amendment allowed the government a third type of tax. The Supreme Court ruled, in the case of Stanton Vs Baltic Mining Co, the following:

The contention is that as the tax here imposed is not on the net product, but in a sense somewhat equivalent to a tax on the gross product of the working of the mine by the corporation, therefore the tax is not within the purview of the 16th Amendment, and consequently it must be treated as a direct tax on property because of its ownership, and as such void for want of apportionment. But, aside from the obvious error of the proposition, intrinsically considered, it manifestly disregards the fact that by the previous ruling it was settled that the provisions of the 16th Amendment conferred no new power of taxation, but simply prohibited the previous complete and plenary power of income taxation possessed by Congress from the beginning from being taken out of the category of indirect taxation to which it inherently belonged, and being placed [240 U.S. 103, 113]   in the category of direct taxation subject to apportionment by a consideration of the sources from which the income was derived,-that is, by testing the tax not by what it was, a tax on income, but by a mistaken theory deduced from the origin or source of the income taxed. Complete case Stanton Vs. Baltic Mining Co.

Prior to 1913, there was no federal income tax. The IRS tried to use the 16th amendment to justify income tax and the Supreme court said that the government even with the 16th amendment had no right to tax personal income.

When the supreme court says something is unconstitutional, its unconstitutional. And that is what they said in both 1894 and 1913. So since they didn't have the right in 1894 to tax personal income, and they didn't have it when the 16th amendment passed in 1913, then they do not have the power now.

The IRS can not show a law that requires American citizens to pay a federal income tax or an income tax at all. Former IRS agents have come out and said they were fired because they found information that shows that the income tax in the United States is illegal. America, you do not have to pay an income tax.

It is unconstitutional to force the people of the United States to pay an income tax as wells as many other taxes.
