Preventing Cesarean Birth

This is one of the main reasons I teach HypoBirthing...to help women have wonderful births, not surgical births. Now I am glad we have the option of a cesarean birth for true medical emergencies for both our mom's and our babies. But, a cesarean birth is major surgery, with all of the inherent risks and concerns...adhesions, pain, slower recovery time, and future conditions. This youtube video says it all. I would love to hear others comments.
