Runescape Bots A Runescape bot is a program that will automatically do a set task repetitively. People use these to gain an unfair advantage in Runescape and to reduce the boredom that can result in completing many of the repetitive Runescape tasks. There are Runescape bots for things like woodcutting, mining, or simply to advertise websites in the form of auto talkers.
Why do people use Bots for Runescape ? People use them to get a large amount of a certain item, which would normally take a person a long time to do. People normally use a Level 3 account to use the program on, so they do not risk there "Main" account. They are also used in Real World Trading. They use the bots to make Millions of money, and sell it to players for Real Money. That is against Runescape Rules, and in some cases, illegal. They are of are Runescape members as well because they can make more money for their time invested.
What has Jagex done to stop Runescape Bots? Jagex has introduced a trading rule, where the maximum amount you can give one player at one time is 3,000gp. This limit can be raised in Members Worlds, by the number of Quest Points you have. So now it is impossible to trade high amounts of money to one player, and has stopped about 95% of Real World Trading. Also, it has not stopped High Level Players giving money to Low Level Players, because 3,000gp can buy most of the items a Low Level Player needs.
Beware of Free Runescape Auto Bot Downloads There are many Runescape sites on the internet that offer free Runescape bot downloads, because they know there are a lot of Runescape 2 players out there looking for bots, but in reality all they are offering are Trojan that they upload onto their sites claiming they are bots which Runescape player in turn download and then they use them to hack your Runescape account. So beware. |

After playing RuneScape for some time, most of us will be wondering what other new things Jagex as a company will be adding to Runescape in the future. Jagex can really do alot of things to improve its service and get a better RuneScape for us all. Some of topics I’m going to touch on while in this article about the future of RuneScape will be many of the more popular suggestions and wants of the RuneScape players. [Much comparison with World of Warcraft and other games is touched on in this article]
New Content in RuneScape Have you been bored to death by doing the same things over and over again? This is one bad part of playing an MMOPRG, that you have to just repeat same actions you do everyday to get that one level to become master of RuneScape. We’re all fighting, chatting, learning skills and getting more gold pieces, but even the fun of the game gets overshadowed by the fact we have to redo the same things without stopping if we don’t want to get overtaken. If RuneScape adds new content in the future, it might be a little more tolerable even with repetition. Some of the new content I have in mind are those storyline differences made by your choices while doing quests, and also just more stuff added to the game!
If you have ever played games like WWE Smackdown, or KOTOR(Knights of The Old Republic), then you will have gone through what I’m suggesting to implement for RuneScape quests. Rather than having one set way to finish any quest, Jagex could add to RuneScape some minor differences, and let users play it their own way with guidance from NPCs(non-player characters).
For quests like Romeo and Juliet, you could even play the role of a family member to bring them back together in a meeting and talk like in the original story, rather than just a messenger boy passing around items and messages.
Lifting the Top Levels For RuneScape, that could mean raising the maximum level for each skill to maybe more than 100, and the Combat Level to 129, a level for every combat related skill.
Although this might be a good idea in the future, what can the users do when there aren’t that many new items to strive for? If there isn’t enough engaging content like better weapons, quests that only level 100s can do in reward for their hard work on RuneScape, nobody will want to play anymore.
Game developers do know though, that when you lift a level, there obviously must be some kind of incentive other than the pride of being the top in the game, to motivate players to put in more hours and train. RuneScape won’t be the exception to the rule, which definitely means that there will be newer and improved items for people over level 100 in a skill, so keep on campaigning for your higher levels!
New graphics engine for RuneScape
Have you ever played games like World of Warcraft or Lineage II? If you have, then you’ll have an easier time imagining the fun we get up to with this section of the article.
RuneScape is was created and currently maintained with Java, a programming with similar syntax to C++. The current graphics are already top-notch for Java programming with the new redesigning of graphics by the Jagex staff team for RuneScape and more to come in the future, so imagine if RuneScape switched from Java to the other programming languages which run World of Warcraft.
The graphics of the game would be intense and gameplay simply be unbelievable, if you imagine killing the Kalphite Queen in a environment on par with the battles of the Horde against the Alliance.
A console game in the foreseeable future for RuneScape?
This might not seem so far-fetched if you sit down and think about it. Jagex has been aggressively marketing RuneScape in all forms of media such as websites, magazines and even publishing a book on being on a good RuneScape player. And yes, there is an Official Handbook to RuneScape, by Tracey West. The fact that Tracey West is also a kids’ book writer might cause for some hesitancy in buying the Official Handbook, but the book itself should be a good steal at just $6.99USD.
Going back to the future of RuneScape though, it would probably be very easy to adapt the world of RuneScape for a RPG game in which you could play as a NPC chosen by Jagex to be the star of the game. Maybe players can finally fulfill their dreams of being Vannaka, greatest swordsman alive in the realm of RuneScape! |

Hello, there dear runescape players. Every week I will try to write a new issue of guides. This is issue .These will have different info on skills, runescape updates, and much more.
This guide will tell you how to make runescape money. There are hundreds of guides telling you how to make money in rs. So what makes this guide any different? This is different because I will tell you how to make money on many different skills! (Some skills are impossible to make any good money)
Mining: This my favorite skill to make money on but you do not really get a whole lot of money until you can mine at least iron. Iron is very underestimated on how much money you can make with it. It is always coal, coal, coal. If you have about 50 mining iron is almost three timesfaster to mine than coal. That is about a 75 gold piece difference for every 3 iron! That may not seem like much right now but once you get over a thousand iron it makes a huge difference seeing as you would only have approximately 400 coal which can lead up to as much as a 30000 gold differential. The best place to mine iron is the Varrock mines. Which one you go to does not really matter because the banks are about the same distance from the mining spot. I would suggest the west side just because there usually less people there. However if you prefer the east side you can go there. If you mine at about the normal rate you should get about 400 iron an hour with banking. Then once you get all the iron you want you can go sell it and bring in the profits. Also, just because I am only writing about iron does not mean it is the quickest way to make money mining. Mining runite is a much faster way to make money. However most people do not have 85 mining.
Smelting: Smelting is also a very good way to make money. It is time consuming but is well worth it after you make one million gold pieces in as little as 3 hours. For this you will need to be able to smelt steel bars. This requires level 30 smithing. You will need iron ore and coal. If you can mine iron ore I would do that and buy the coal from the grand exchange or a good seller. If you have time though you can mine both iron and coal. Or you can buy both, whatever you would like to do. After you have the materials head to Al Kharid. Call out that you are hiring a smither. Tell them you give the materials. They just have to smith the bars. You can then tell them how much you will pay them for each bar. 50 gold pieces each is a fair price for each bar they smith. However there are many people who will smith for free, just to get experience. Once you get two or three people to help you give them around 50 coal and 25 iron. You may give more once they become more loyal and you are ABSOLUTELY sure that they will not scam you. Once they start smithing you can start smithing too, or go do something else. Just keep up this process until all your ore is gone. Now you can sell your steel bars at the grand exchange or sell them at the east bank in Falador. That concludes the smithing guide to make money.
Fishing: This skill is probably less boring then mining and smithing because you do not have to do anything while you are fishing. Hey, you can even be on Runescape Haven while you are fishing. The best way to get money from fishing is lobsters. Lobsters are only on the island of Karamja. To get to Karamja you have to get on the boat that takes you there from Port Sarim. Just bring 1000 coins and you will not have to worry about the money it costs to take the ship. Once you arrive head north to the fishing area. Start loading them in. You can stand there and chat or you could doing something else on your computer or maybe you could be reading this very guide while fishing. Once you get an inventory load you have to go back to sea from Karamja. There is no point in cooking them except for experience as cooked lobsters are worth less than raw lobsters. Once you get back at Port Sarim head to Draynor and put them in the bank. Keep doing this until you feel that you have enough to sell and make a good profit. When ready to sell lobsters head to Varrock or the wilderness. If going to Varrock you should find someone buying for at least 225 each. If not head to grand exchange or try a different world. Good luck becoming rich as a fisher.
Combat: There are many different ways to make money on combat. However they are usually slower than other skills so I would not suggest doing this if you are only it for the money. However it is useful because you are training your combat. Option 1: This is the best option if you are a low-leveled player You can go to a farm and kill chickens. If you can go into the Champion’s Guild that makes things much easier. Start slaughtering poor, little helpless chickens and pick up their feathers and bones. Feathers can sell for 4 gold each while bones can sell for 50 gold each. Keep doing this and banking until you are tired of watching the same thing happen over and over again. Head to Varrock. Go below the west bank and offer all of your bones for 50 each. Once you sell all of your bones, head up to the grand exchange and sell the feathers for 4 each or whatever the lowest price is. You are then done.
Option 2: This option is for players with at least 25 combat. Head to the Edgeville ruins and go down the ladder. Make your way to a huge cavern with hill giants. Go kill them and pick up their big bones. If you are below level 40 combat I would suggest you fight conservatively so you do not get killed. Once you fill up your inventory go back out the cave and bank all of your big bones. Keep doing this until you wish to sell. Then you go below the Varrock east bank and sell them for 400 each.
Option 3: This option is only for players 60 and above. For this you will be attacking Lesser Demons. Although lower levels can kill demons I would not advise lower levels trying this because you will need food which will cut down the profits sizeably. The best place to kill lessers is at the wilderness by the muddy key chest. Keep killing lessers until they drop a rune med helmet. This may take a while but the helmets are worth 10000 gold! Once you get some rune helmets head back to Varrock bank and sell. This is the slowest option of the three.
Woodcutting: You will need to be able to cut yew trees, which take level 60 woodcutting. Once you can cut them though head to Edgeville ruins. There are two yews right there. Keep cutting them down and banking them. When finished head back to Varrock and sell at west bank or grand exchange. |

As I am sure you know, runescape is a widely played rpg. There are many ways you can spend your time playing runescape. In this guide I will talk about making money.
Now, there are certain level requirements obviously, the guide is pretty explanitory, once you can do this you just do it with better things as you level up.
Any of the following will work great:
1.Mine coal and iron and make a lot of steel bars and sell them at the exchange for 520 each. –(alternately buy the coal and iron from the exchange, make the bars, then sell the bars for 520 each)(still making a lot of money, about 300 gp per bar)
2.Making mith bars, fastest way is to mine coal and buy the mith (from exchange) then smelt it and sell the bars for about 1200gp each but if u want to mine all day thats up to u.
3. Kill hill giants and take there bones to the exchange and sell for 300 each. that way you get your combat and your money up. (alternately Moss Giants)
If you are a high enough mage lvl to use telegrab, do one of the following:
1.Go north of falador past the anvil and past goblin village to the left, until you get to the temple where there is wine of zamorak on the table. keep using telegrab on the wine. get your mage lvl up fast and your money. store the wine in the bank in fally and go back for more. when you are satisfied with how much you have, go to varrock and put them all in the exchange for the market price of 795gp each!
2.You can use telegrab under the bank in varrock, but that only gives you, gold bar, gold ore, and some coins.
3.In the wild near lesser demons, use telegrab for nature runes.
Buy mass amounts of ores from the exchange and then smelt them into bars and sell the bars for a big profit.(taken from thread “haw do i get millions on runescape” which was my post originally, although there is a guide rewritten in this section.)
If your a high enough combat lvl, go to the wild where there are moss giants, there is noone here like there would be by hill giants in sewers, although they are lvl 42, get the bbones plus the chaos runes that spawn arount them. |

Vaskor of Reader’s Digest published a wonderful free Runescape money making guide using the Grand Exchange (GE).
So many players left Runescape because they felt that minus the ability to perform unbalanced trades combined with players having access to a very large supply pool via the GE it essentially made Runescape money making from the old way of merchanting impossible, or at least not worth the time. This resigned many players to the fact that the only way you could make good money in Runescape was now to just grind your way through skills like, mining, fishing, fletching, runecrafting etc something many players didn’t enjoy.
I’ll be honest and say that until I read Vaskor’s Runescape money making guide I too was quite resigned to the fact that making easy Runescape money was now virtually impossible, but apparently it’s not, and if anything is now even easier than before because a merchant’s ability to buy and sell is now much faster, thus saving time in regards to off loading your inventory, and doesn’t actually require you to be present for the trade (allowing you to get back to playing Runescape). The only downside is that the margins on many merchantable items is obviously much lower than it used to be, but it is still quite possible to make well over a million gold a day with little effort.
Principles of Making Easy Runescape Money on the GE So the basic principles of Vaskor’s Runescape money making guide are:
You’re looking to trade in items that are traded “moderately” rather than as a commodity so that there is some fluctuation in supply and demand through the day. You are looking you buy in BULK below the medium price, and sell in BULK above the price you purchased for. Obviously the trades can take quite awhile to complete. You need to take advantage of all 6 of your trading slots. Do your research - you need to monitor changes in prices and use your common sense to find bargains.
Sometimes it pays to speculate on the increasing demand for products as a result of game changes. In these instances sometimes it pays to buy at slightly above the medium price and then attempt to sell at the high price on the expectation of growth in demand. Most of these Runescape money making tips are pretty basic, but with so many things in life, making easy money isn’t about being a rocket scientist, it is just about a little bit of common sense combine with a bit of hard work. Best of luck making your Runescape millions.

Well it was only six months ago that I was writing about the consistent upward trend of Runescape Money and Runescape gold sales despite Jagex’s best efforts to shut down Runescape gold sellers. Well Jagex have definitely reversed that trend significantly, and it is quite interesting to see just how much the number of searches for Runescape money and Runescape gold has dropped in the last two months since New Years when the new trading restrictions were brought in. I’m assuming that the downward trend will continue as more and more players realise that the buying Runescape gold indsutry is essentially gone:

Whilst it looks like Jagex have got on top of the Runescape money and gold selling industry, I still think that many real world traders will continue to plague Jagex not in the gols sellign context rather they will look to upscale their service to include poweleveling and selling runescape accounts. What do you think? Please leave your comments below. |

So many people are talking about how Real World Traders (RWT) traders have been stopped in their tracks by the recent trade restrictions imposed by Jagex, but as much as Jagex have reduced the ability for RWT to sell Runescape gold easily, they still haven’t solved the primary reason players opt to buy Runescape gold. That being that they don’t want to have to grind their way through hours of monotonous gameplay to have enough money to buy their dream items or have the levels they require to perform the quests they want or play the other aspects of Runescape that require high levels. So with that said I think RWT is going to continue to be an issue that affects MMORPG games like Runescape.
Before I go any further I’d just like to point out that Jagex clearly have done probably the best job of all the MMORPGs in eliminating gold selling, and I commend them for what they have done. However, throughout this article I don’t really condemn or support Runescape gold selling, powerleveling services or Runescape account trading because I personally take the view that all these sorts of services are a result of increasing players demands for such things and that in principle where there are demands there generally needs to be reforms and going against strong player demands constantly is rarely a good business strategy in the long run.
It wasn’t so long ago that I was writing about the Runescape Gold Selling Problem and how I thought they could solve it considering there was actual evidence to suggest that despite their best efforts Runescape gold sales were continuing to grow. At the time I suggested that Jagex consider the option of selling gold themselves and profiting from the sales whilst essentially destroying the black market. I definitely didn’t see these recent changes that they were to implement a mere 6 months later. None the less they have achieved their primary objective of significantly reducing RWT.
Increases in Runescape Account Hackings
So whilst the ability for players to buy Runescape gold from RWT has been removed, it would seem that a new market has spawned – buying Runescape accounts and Runescape powerleveling services. These styles of services are much better known in the World of Warcraft industry. However I believe that these new style of services where players will be required to give their Runescape account details over to the companies providing the service will result in a number of scam websites offering similar services with the sole intention gaining Runescape account passwords with the intention of hacking Runescape accounts. Please protect your Runescape passwords so your don’t get hacked. Thankfully much has been done in recent times to reduce the effectiveness of Runescape hackers stealing items or an account itself, like bank pins and being unable to make unbalanced trades. Though obviously hiring these new sorts of services still comes at a great risk to an individual’s Runescape account, where as in the past the main risk was the few dollars you spent buying Runescape gold, assuming you are excluding the risk of being banned by Jagex for engaging in such practices.
Increases in Buying Runescape Accounts Ready Made
So whilst I imagine most Runscapers are not willing to give over their Runescape account passwords to powerleveling and gold farming services, I wouldn’t be surprised if there is an increase in the number of people buying Runescape accounts that have already been setup with certain amounts of gold, skills and having completed certain quests. Obviously this will probably a lot more expensive than buying Runescape gold, but I’m sure there will definitely be a market there, especially amongst older players who really don’t have the necessary time to develop their characters. When you consider that many Chinese gold farmers are probably not paid much more than $1 an hour you could probably buy a character with 60 in every stat for around $1,000 I’d assume.
Increase in the Selling of Runescape Accounts
On the topic of buying Runescape account, I actually wouldn’t be surprised if a number a new sites selling unwanted Runescape accounts start popping up. I mean with so many Runescapers constantly quitting the game, it makes sense that many of them may look to attempt to gain financially from all the hard work they have put into their characters, and I’m sure with new Runescape trade limitations essentially destroying the Runescape gold market that many of the previous Runescape gold buyers may well look to shortcut the whole process and just buy a high level Runescape account that has easy means of making money. So with both an increase in supply and demand for such transactions I wouldn’t be surprised if some Runescape account brokering firms start to emerge, much like the common day real estate agent. Obviously there are some complications with such things, but I think most of the complications could be alleviated if a somewhat “trustworthy” Runescape account broker was to emerge.
I know a lot of these ideas are quite speculative but I’d love to hear what you think on the issue. Please leave your comments below. |

What is Runescape Power Leveling? Let’s start off by letting you know what Runescape Power Leveling actually is. If you know already then you can skip to the next section of this article. Runescape Power Leveling basically means that a player of the game will rapidly level in-game, which in most cases, is done by giving the account details to a 3rd party to do it for them. Runescape Power Leveling defeats the whole aspect of the game which is intended for all to enjoy. By Power Leveling in Runescape, many aspects of the game are brushed by, or completely passed without recognition.
Free Runescape Power Leveling Can I really get Runescape Power Leveling for free? It is highly unlikely that anywhere that will not steal your account will provide you with Free Runescape Power Leveling. There are other means that can be used by yourself and one of these is a Runescape Autoer. There are many bots on the internet that you can download which will play the game automatically for you for Runescape Power Leveling, allowing you to vacate your computer and go and watch television or sleep the night to wake up to it in the morning. Of course, this is strictly against Jagex rules and your account will be permanently banned if you are found using methods as such. There are thousands of accounts banned each month by this means of Free Runescape Power Leveling, if you still insist on using one, watch out!
What do Websites Offering Runescape Power Leveling Look Like? By going to a search engine such as Google and typing in Runescape Power Leveling, you get a return of over 1.5 Million websites. These websites are just in it to make a quick buck from you and will not provide you with any Runescape Power Leveling whatsoever. Most will require payment and your account details in order to Power Level your Runescape account. The money will go straight into their account and your account will be disregarded or sold depending on the levels it has. An example of a characters image can be seen below.
Runescape Power Leveling Tips The best Runescape Power Leveling Tip of them all is to not trust 3rd party websites and not to use autoers or any type of robot to do the work for you. Just play the game as you normally would and enjoy it! If you want to level combat skills quickly, then train on monsters that you know you can kill quickly in 1, 2 or 3 hits. Alternatively, you could take a trip to Pest Control if you are a member. If you want to Power Level in non-combat skills then you can Power Level by mining vast amount of iron, dropping it all when your inventory gets full. This way you do not waste time by running to and from the bank every 5 minutes and you can get on with your Runescape Power Leveling.

So Who is Zezima?
What?! You don’t know who Zezima is?! Call yourself a commited player of Runescape! Zezima, until the birth of the Summoning skill, was the most talented player of Runescape and held a record of being the person at the top of the leaderboard with all levels at 99 and having the most total experience, which currently stands at over a staggering 1.2 Billion XP. If you want to keep up with how Zezima is doing at this moment in Runescape, then check Zezima out through the following link by typing ‘Zezima’ into the hiscores search:-
What’s happened to Zezima?
Ah, so you’ve just been to the hiscores and Zezima is not at 1st place? Unfortunately, not having as much time to play Runescape, the owner of the account ‘Zezima’ can’t keep up as much as they want to and have regretably slipped further and further down the hiscores list. Will Zezima ever get to the top of the hiscores again? Or is Zezima now a ‘hasbeen’ of Runescape? All of you Zezima fans out there, is Zezima still The Runescape Master?
I guess only time will tell and we all just have to sit back and wait. I’m sure though that Zezima will pull something out of the bag and come back to shock us all. Bear in mind that Zezima only needs (currently) 6 Summoning levels and will again be back where they belong at the top of the Runescape hiscores list.
Why The Name “Zezima”?
Many players wonder what inspired the name ‘Zezima’, why it was chosen, and are there other accounts held by the same owner? In answer to the first two questions, ‘Zezima’ was simply chosen because it’s the surname of the owner of the account. For the last question, despite claims that Zezima uses more than one account in order to prevent all of the publicity, the owner of the account opposes this and states that ‘Zezima is my only account :P’
Some Facts About The Person Behind Zezima
Well, there are varieties of conspiracy theorys regarding Zezima, but based on an interview with Zezima, the following information was obtained:-
Began playing Runescape around June/July in 2001. In October 2003, Zezima obtained a first with a level 99 in Smithing. Doesn’t brag about being successful, and recognizes other players who ‘deserve as much’ recognition as he does. He is doing a biology major, psychology minor, possibly a chemistry minor, and looking to go into genetics research.
An Interview With Zezima
I’m sure you’re interested in reading the Tip.it interview with Zezima, which includes some further information about Zezima that you can read up on through the link below:-
This includes a full list of dates (other than an exact date for Smithing) of when Zezima gained each level 99 skill. According to the man behind Zezima, the exact date for Smithing was lost due to a lightning strike which totally fried up the hard drive of the PC that was being used.
Know something about Zezima that isn’t mentioned here? Be sure to share it with us by posting a comment through the comment box below. |

What are Runescape Cursors?
Your computer will come standard with a ‘pointer’ cursor. This is basically the arrow that you use to ‘point’ at icons on your screen and perform actions on the computer. So what are Runescape Cursors? Runescape Cursors are simply cursors that use an image that is taken from Runescape and then converted to a special file type in order to be used as a cursor and therefore creating Runescape Cursors, either .ani or .cur files.
So how can I get Runescape Cursors?
In order to get Runescape Cursors, you can easily search for ‘Runescape Cursors’ in a search engine and then sift through the results and eventually find one that you’re interested in using. Why go for a boring Runescape Cursor, when you can download a whole package of interesting and exciting Runescape Cursors?!
They provide a variety of good Runescape Cursors that range from a Runescape Dragon Medium Helmet Cursor to Runescape Godsword Cursors! Be sure to check out all of the related Runescape Cursor sets in order to obtain and use a wide variety of Runescape Cursors.
What can I do if I want to make Runescape Cursors?
So you fancy making your own Runescape Cursors? It’s not actually as hard as you might think it is to make Runescape Cursors. All you need is image editing software, for example Paint or Photoshop…and be able to screenshot Runescape Items.
You could always use a Runescape Help website that will include instructions on how to do such things as creating Runescape Cursors, but it would take you ages to find one dedicated to Runescape Cursor building and the usage of Runescape Cursors. To save you the time, the same website mentioned before that provides a wide variety of Runescape Cursors also provides a very good guide explaining how to change your cursor. This guide to changing to a Runescape Cursor can be found through the following link:-
How to Change to Your New Runescape Cursor
I’ve seen Runescape Fansites switch a person’s Cursor to a Runescape Cursor…how?
Ahh, so you’ve also been hit by the little trick that changes your normal cursor to a Runescape Cursor depending upon the website that your on? Your Cursor is “auto-magically”changed by CSS, and depending on what has been set by the developer of the Runescape Site, your cursor will change accordingly.
There are many different variations in which you can use Runescape Cursors, and it’s hard to put a limit on how they can be used and what they can be applied to.
Hopefully, you now know alot about Runescape Cursors and how Runescape Items can be used as Runescape Cursors. Enjoy playing around with different images and watch your Runescape Cursors appear in vast amounts! Don’t forget to comment below! |
