One of the reasons Runescape Champions Guild exists is to provide motivation for the people playing on free to play to finish the majority of their quests. You can only become a member of this guild if you have 32 quest points. Membership in this guild will give each player access too the guild master who is the man who greets you when you come through the door. You will need to talk to him to start one of the longer quests "The Dragon Slayer". As a reward for this quest you will be able to wear rune plate body armor, the best possible plate body in the free to play version. Now the guild itself is located just south west of Varrock, it's a relatively small building with a chicken coop on its east side. If you open up your world map, it is clearly marked as the Champion's Guild.

For members who pay to play Runescape they have an added feature to this guild in the basement they can fight champion monsters when they find a champion scroll. They find these as a random reward for killing the monsters who have picked a champion of their race. Since many creatures have chosen champions they are all found in an arena in the basement of the guild. These champions are here to take on those who have made themselves know as a mass slayer of their race. There are six different races in the champion's guild, werewolf, dwarf, human, gnome, elf, and TzHaar. Each duel has different rules to it so they can even out the playing field. You fight them by giving the scroll to a man named, "Larux". These challenges can only be done on member's servers.

Now after you have entered the guild and you will be able to see that there is an upper level. There are two stores set up there you can buy the items by clicking to trade with each shop keeper.

The first is a man named Scavvo he can sell you rune items and green drogon hide items. He has a Rune skirt for sale for only 64,000 runescape gold coins for a female character. He has a set of Rune legs for only 64,000 gold coins for a male or female character. He sells a Rune mace for only 14,400 gold coins which is used as a blunt weapon. He sells a body made of Rune chain for only 50,000 gold coins for a male or female character. As for swords he sells a rune sword for 20,800 gold coins or a rune long sword for 32,000 gold coins. The two dragon hide armor pieces are the chaps for 3,900 gold coins and vambraces for only 2,500 gold coins. He can also sell you a coif for the low price of 200 gold coins. You probably won't find a person in runescape selling these items for less then the shop.

The second shop is run by a girl named Valaine, she sells some armor and you can sell her items too. She will give you the same price that you would get for the item at the general store so always make sure you check what price she will pay for it before you sell. You can do this by right clicking on the item and select the check price option, the amount she will pay will show up in chat. She sells only four items a blue cape for 41 gold coins, a black plate body for 1,372 gold coins, a pair of black legs for 2,496 gold coins and an adamantium plate body for 16,640 gold coins.

Runescape Gold Guides > Making bowstrings in Runescape

Making bowstrings makes real money real fast. First you will need to get your crafting to level 10 which can be done by shearing sheep and spinning there fur into wool. The next step is to buy as much flax as you want, I usually buy around a 1000. The cost for flax now is about 78 gp each as of 9-7-08. So it will cost u around 78k depending on the seller (you can always just pick the flax yourself if your very low on cash). Then you go to the Lumbridge bank at the top of the castle and pick up a full inventory of flax and go to the second level of the castle. Then you spin the whole inventory into bowstrings, and then go back up to the bank, store the bowstrings, get another full inventory of flax and repeat. If you bought a 1000 flax you get a total profit of 120,000 gp and a whopping 198, 000 gp if you picked the flax.

Some good runescape gold making strategies for free players is air running. Air running is simple all you need is 25 un-noted rune essence and an air talisman. First, make sure your in world 16. Then get your 25 rune essence and an air talisman and go to the air temple by selecting locate on the air talisman. Once there use the talisman on the stone and you will be teleported to the air temple. There will be people saying 1.5k + ess back. Trade with these people. You should give them 25 un-noted rune essence and they will give you the money and 25 noted rune essence. Then you go back to Falador and un-note those noted rune essence and do the same thing. Sometimes if your lucky the seller will give you some air runes too.

Runescape Gold Guides > Ten Proven Ways to Make a Lot of Quick Money as a RuneScape Beginner

When you leave the RuneScape tutorial, there are several ways to make fast money in RuneScape. Here are the most common and most profitable ways of making RuneScape money that I have discovered so far. Each has their advantages and disadvantages. Let's take a look at the ten best ways to make money with no experience in RuneScape.

RuneScape Money Making way #1: Kill Chickens. Chickens can be found in two places in Lumbridge, and also above Draynor Village. All three places are about three minutes from either the lumbridge castle bank or the Draynor bank. Chickens drop bones, raw chicken, and up to fifteen feathers. Should you kill thirteen chickens per trip, and save everything that was dropped, you will gather roughly 2,500gp per trip. Bones get about 90gp and raw chickens sell for around 70gp on the grand exchange. Feathers get 4gp each but stack in one inventory spot. As your combat levels increase, you can then kill chickens faster. Sometimes you will find eggs in the chicken coop. Although eggs sell for 55gp, they are not in the greatest demand. If you are going to focus on bones, get your combat level to ten then train on the men in the house in Edgeville. There is a bank very close by where you can stash the bones.

RuneScape Money Making way #2: Kill Cows. There are two good pastures in RuneScape that I have found. The first is between Lumbridge and Varrock, about three minutes from the lumbridge bank, which is on the third floor of the castle. The second pasture is just below the Gnome Stronghold above Lumbridge. Heading from the castle, follow the road north then west. After you pass the cabbage field, head straight up and you will strike the pastures. Just above the pastures are bank deposit boxes, which you can use to deposit the raw beef, bones, and cowhides. Raw beef sells for 72gp each cowhides go for around 120gp. That is about 300gp per cow.

RuneScape Money Making way #3: Mine Ore: With your bronze pickaxe, mine six clay and four copper. Then buy two iron ore from the grand exchange, they will cost 200gp. Go to Doric's anvil, which is northwest of Falidor by the mountain. There you will do Doric's quest, which consists of giving Doric the ores. You will be rewarded with 1,300 mining experience, which should put you up to at least level ten mining. Then buy a steel pickaxe from either the mining shop in the dwarven mines or from the Grand exchange. Then mine clay. Clay sells for around 100gp each. When you train your level high enough to mine iron, you can sell it for around 100gp also. Copper fetches about 75gp each as opposed to Tin selling for only 30gp so train your mining on copper rather than tin. But for the fast money go for the clay.

RuneScape Money Making way #4: Potatoes: I thought I was onto a secret way here when I realized that for 80gp per potato, I could make 10k an hour. However I think others have found out this secret. The Grand Exchange value of potatoes has dropped below 70gp each and they no longer sell easy, if they sell at all. But it's worth a try.

RuneScape Money Making way #5: Investing: Buy hides for 120gp and tan them in Al Kharad for 1-3gp each. Then sell the leather for 160gp. Or buy clay on the grand exchange; buy jugs or buckets of water at the Gnome Stronghold, then wet the clay and sell for 160gp each, making 50-60gp profits per wet clay. Or buy pots of flour and turn them into pastry dough. Pastry dough sells for almost 200gp each.

RuneScape Money Making way #6: Get paid to smith: Do the Knight's Sword Quest and get the smithing experience it gives. It will put you at Level 29. Then either buy Dwarven Stout from the bar in Falidor or train smithing until you reach level 30. Then buy Iron and Coal and smelt steel bars. The ores will run 500gp for the raw materials for each steel bar, which you will then sell for 650gp. Or buy Iron Ore for 100gp each. Half of these will successfully become iron bars. These you can sell for 230-250gp each. Another way to make runescape gold through smithing is to buy copper and tin for 105gp per set. Reselling the bars will allow you to realize a profit of 80gp per bronze bar.

RuneScape Money Making way #7: Level up in woodcutting: Go to the bank in west Varrock and chop trees with your bronze axe until you fill your pack. Deposit these and repeat until you hit level five. Have you smithed enough to reach level 31? If so, make a steel axe to use. If not, then buy one. Chop wood until you hit level 15. Then go to east of the east Varrock bank and cut the Oak trees there or cut at the Oak tree outside the Draynor Village bank. Stash all the logs. When you reach level 30, continue on Oak if you want money. Willow never sells because everyone cuts willow to level up and the grand exchange is swamped with willow logs. Logs and Oak Logs should fetch 25gp each. Woodcutting is a slower way to make money, but at least you are getting paid to train.

RuneScape Money Making way #8: Rune Essence: Do Rune Mysteries Quest and then mine the essence. Rune Essence sells for about 38gp each. It used to be a prime way of making money but now is no longer the best way.

RuneScape Money Making way #9: hunt for the big prizes: If you find a pickaxe handle or pickaxe head, you can get some quick gp. A pickaxe handle gets around 850gp on the grand exchange. Go to Karamja Island and climb to the top of the volcano, past the scorpions. There are several imps atop the mountain. Kill the imps, saving all beads and dough. The white bead will fetch 1k; the rest will get between 100-200gp each. Cherish the random events in RuneScape. You get valuable gems or some good runescape money from them sometimes.

RuneScape Money Making way #10: cash in your iron armor: This way is more a matter of salvaging RuneScape money than a way of creating new money. Assuming that you use the money to buy iron bars, make an equal amount of platebodies, platelegs, kite shields, and full helms. Then withdraw seven of each and "sets grand exchange clerk" then "Exchange Iron Armor set (l)" to bundle it into a set. Sets average a 60gp return per bar and they do sell. True the bars cost 230gp so that means in the end it only costs 170gp for the bars. Only do this if you are a F2P player. There are better ways for RuneScape members to resell their iron.

These are some basic ways to get money in RuneScape. They may not be the fastest ways of making RuneScape money, but they all do not really require experience. As you gain experience from the above activities, you then will be able to earn more RuneScape money faster.

Runescape Gold Guides > Make 1 Million Gold Using Only Woodchopping Skill

Everyone says that making your first million gold on runescape is hard. I have to disagree with this and here is why. I started playing the game again a month ago. I started making money by using only my woodchopping skill and have now expanded. I now chop different types of logs and sell them on the market for the lowest price that is allowed by the Grand Exchange. Every day, there is at least 5 thousand oak logs selling in the markets that I have chopped. In this article, we will discuss how to make a million gold using only woodchopping skill. First you need a few things.

1.level 41 woodchopping skill
2.rune axe
3.Knowledge of where to best chop for the experience and logs gained per hour maximum.

Now we will focus on the steps that it will take to get you to a million runescape gold from selling wood. All the trees in runescape produce wood, aka logs. It doesn't matter what kind of tree it is, if you can chop it down, it will give exp and logs.

1.Go to Draynor on the east path into the village.
When coming to the spot you need to be at, you will need to pay attention. Find the two oaks nearest to the bank and focus on them, chopping at them with your axe. You will hit and miss, missing more than hitting and spending more time chopping than getting logs. Although it can be frustrating and monotonous to chop hour after hour, it is worth it if done right.

2.Chop at the trees and gather the oak logs.
Gather the oak logs you chop and quickly fill your inventory up with them. When you are full up, walk to the bank (the money sign), and deposit the logs with the bank. Then you need to repeat step two again and continue for as long as you can stand it.

3.Hire workers.
It is great to hire workers and is absolutely encouraged. It is necessary to know what the going rate on logs are and what you can sell them at and still make a profit after having bought the logs from your working as pay. I hire 5 woodchoppers and they provide me with five thousand oak logs daily. That boils down to 1 thousand per person and all I have done is work on other skills or fight.

4.Sell the oak logs on the Grand Exchange.
I currently sell for 10 gold each, which is the minimum you can sell for. I not only get my costs of logs that I paid my workers back, I also make a nice profit. Repeat this step everyday, and you will have 1 million gold in no time. It takes me 20 days to make 1 million gold off of oak, but combined with my other ventures, it is well worth it since I don't actually do the chopping.

This process will work for you if you do it right. I currently do not cut trees and yet gain gold from selling the logs. My employees are all happy, and they continue to bring potential talent in as recruits.

Free Runescape Account - Runescape Success
One of the things that differentiates Runescape from most other MMO games is the sheer fact that it was built off its success as a free market. Runescape were the first to introduce the two style play of both free account and paying account version of their game where a large proportion of the game is able to be played with a free account yet if players are willing, they are able to pay a small monthly fee of $5 to receive all the benefits of being a member. Free Runescape Accounts versus Paying Members
So what are the perks of being a member rather than just having a free Runescape account? Well the biggest difference is the sheer amount of things to do as a member. There are more skills, loads more quest more ways to earn Runescape gold and many more lucrative item and gold drops from many of the creatures that are found in the member’s version of Runescape.

Offering Free Runescape Accounts for How Long?
Is the creation of the pay to play Runescape account option a sign of the inevitable future of Runescape going completely commercial? Whilst most MMO are based on some form of pay to play model Runescape seems to have successful marketed their subscription version such that it can both cater for both free account users and member accounts whilst still offer a relatively continual flow of updates and developments for paying customers. In addition to this Jagex has used this model of two style of play successful for three years now without ever hinting of a complete removal of the free version of the game and as such it would be expected that they will continue to offer free Runescape accounts for the foreseeable future.

How to get your Free Runescape Account
So if you are looking for you free Runescape account all you have to do is signup and register your account over at www.runescape.com the signup process only takes a few moments, and after completing Runescape’s tutorial island you will be well on your way to understand the complex game of Runescape.

Buying Unwanted Runescape Accounts- Accounts for Sale
In the last year or two there has been increasing demand for Runescape accounts and runescape gold, and with anything in life, if there is demand and it can be supplied at a profit people will more than likely be willing to oblige by selling their product or service. In this case of Runescape accounts there seems to always be Runescape accounts for sale on eBay along with Runescape gold and items, but be warned not only are the majority of such auctions fraudulent attempts to scam buyers of their money they are also against Runescape usage policy which stipulates that there is to be no real world trading for Runescape accounts or in-game gold or items. So even if you were able to purchase an account Jagex itself would most likely be ban that account if it managed to work out that it was purchased illegitimately. So whilst many of the offers may seem tempting you are much better off just to create your own free Runescape account and play the game for fun and enjoyment whilst developing your character along the way.

Runescape has long been a thorn in subscription-based MMOs' sides. By not requiring players to pay a single cent to enjoy the game, Runescape has attracted millions of players from around the world to play in one of the largest virtual worlds ever created, and it is continually expanded to grow even larger. With such an established player base however, it can be difficult to level your character by yourself without a higher level character charging you in PvP zones and quickly finishing you off. Therefore, a number of Runescape power leveling guides have been written in recent years to help players reach the level cap.

Member Servers
Another cheap alternative is to join a member server. The server population will most likely be lower, but you'll find only the most dedicated players, like you, in these servers because of the small monthly fee. If you want, you can easily take your character to another server at any time, so you'll get the best of both worlds, giving you increased flexibility. Runescape power leveling guides will help you succeed if you're a member or non-member, but you'll get even more benefits if you pay a small monthly fee such as increased quests and equipment, giving you more options in game.

Because it's designed to run in any popular web browser, Runescape will run on any PC constructed in the past decade with ease. That means that you'll be able to run it too, and as one of the most popular MMOs out there, you deserve to check it out. If you decide that you like it, you can purchase a
runescape powerleveling guide to get past level 100 in no time. It's really a fun way to just pass time and gain a sense of accomplishment, and you can easily take a break from it without worrying about a $15/month subscription fee breaking your bank while you get nothing out of the game.

So how does a
runescape power leveling guide work? One of these guides will help you grind and quest your way to the level cap with ease. Grind easy mobs for your level, and complete epic quest chains to get powerful equipment. Both of these methods work together to minimize the amount of time that you spend leveling while still allowing you to enjoy the game the way the creators wanted it. With a runescape power leveling guide, you'll also pick up the skils necessary in-game to conquer any foes in PvP combat and defeat the hardest bosses, even if they require the assistance of your friends to defeat.

Runescape is a fun multiplayer RPG that people from around the world are eligible to play. There are quests to do, monsters to kill, and rare items to get.

Step:
1.Get to know the map, this will make Runescape less complicated.

2.Make friends, at some point you will get bored and want someone to talk to.

3.Make some runescape gold! Here is a quick guide to making money: (Please note that the January 2, 2008 update killed off almost every way to use these methods; the 3k+ Trade Limit)

●Members: Buy Water-filled vials. You want to buy them from the Ardougne general store. The go onto the forums and sell them for 250 gold each no more, no less

●Members: Once you have around 1 million gold, you may want to start merchanting (What people in RuneScape call the practice of buying low and selling high) Rune or Dragon Items, or perhaps something else you believe can be made into profit. It is best to sell items in World 2 for Members.

●Free-Players: Kill cows for cow hides, bank and continue until you have 100 (about 3.3 runs). Sell this 100 for 10k at Al-Kharid bank.

●Free-Players: Kill chickens and sell the feathers 4-7 each, or buy feathers 3 each and then sell them 4-7 each.

●Free-players and members: Air Run See the Air Running guide on WikiHow here. Once you have 60k from that, buy bronze arrows from the Varrock Archery Shop, they cost 6gp each and sell for 20gp each. Now you have 200k! =)

4.Once you have a good amount of money, buy cooked lobsters for 200-220 gp. Remember to be firm with your price when re-selling for 240+.

5.3Train hard, here's another quick guide:
●Members: The only Rock Crabs in the game are in the Members' Area of Relleka. They look like boulders but when you approach them they pop up and attack your player. They have 50 hp, they give 200 experience points per kill, and they're only level 13!

●Free players: When you start, goblins are best. When you're about level 10, start experimenting up to level 20.

●Level 20- Guards at Falador or Varrok until level 30.

●Level 30- Hill giants. You will need to buy a Brass Key in order to get into the shack just west/north west of Varrock, or you can walk to Edgeville and go down the ladder, although there are stronger monsters on the way, there is a brass key near the ladder out so you can get in quicker later.

●Level 40- Anything (Except Lesser Demons, and Elvarg), but you may want to try start your luck killing other players in the Wilderness area (Commonly called PKing, for Player-Killing) attack white knights at fally as well

●Level 60- If you haven't already, try your luck killing the Elvarg, the Dragon from the Dragon Slayer quest. Of course, be sure to bring food and armor, and the Anti-dragon Shield!bring str pots as well

●Level 70+ - Kill Lesser Demons, Rock Crabs, Ogres, and any other monster that you feel are safe to kill. Generally, try not too go too overboard and fight things over 60 levels higher than you.
6.Get to know your surroundings.

7.Get your character to higher levels through training - but remember to have fun!

8.If you have a question about an item, or how to get something, ask someone, however, if they would not like to talk, do not annoy them. This can give you a bad reputation! Just check the RuneScape Official Forums, or ask a more experienced friend.

9.Don't think you can get high level stuff that other people have acquired; you have to work for it.

10.Get your other things up besides combat. Don't focus on just one skill.

11.Play fair, don't break the rules, and don't act in an offensive or insulting manner with other players.

12.If you are having trouble finding information from your friends, the Knowledge Base, or the Forums, visit a fansite! Try to stick to more well known sites, however, as some RuneScape Fansites do contain keyloggers or other malware.

Runescape Money tip for members to gain easy profit.

Tip requirements (Not minimum but is easyer): It is helpful for combat of 80 or higher, 75 is acceptable but you may not make as much. Lost city quest complete, and at least 100k gp. And ability to kill level a level 149 monster.

Procedure:
Step 1- Buy 500 cooked lobsters for 100k (at this time each cooked lobster is 200 runescape gp).
Step 2- Travel to the Tzhaar Fight caves deep in the Karamja Volcanoe.
Step 3- Get out the best armor possable (do not use rune platebody, use Rune Chain because it has more crush defence) and a dragon long, if you do not have a better weapon. And a full load of cooked lobsters.
Step 4- Kill TzHaar-Kets(level 149)They drop Obsidian sheilds which sell for 500k-550k runescape money at the moment, Obsidian Capes which sell for 300k-350k
runescape gold at the moment, and a rare drop of uncut onyx stone which sells for aproximatly 3-4 million runescape gp (I sugjest keeping it and trading it for a fury to the higher level players because of its rarity).

And there you have it. I usually get 3-5 drops before I run out of lobsters. That’s around a 1.2Million runescape money Profit!

But must remember, there is always a chance that you will not get anything within 500 lobsters because of the crappy dice roll hit and random drop. Anywho, good luck.

Non-Member Technique
1.Complete the Sheep Shearer quest to get your crafting skill to level three.
2.Kill cows and pick up their hides.
3.Drop off the cowhides at the Lumbridge Bank, located at the top of the castle.
4.When you have about 200 cowhides get 210 GP and go to Al-Kharid.
You must pay a 10 coins toll to enter the gate, unless you have completed the Prince Ali Rescue quest.
5.Go to the tannery and tan your cowhides. Repeat until you have tanned all your cowhides.
6.Locate the Crafting store near the general store in Al-Karid.
If you have level 40 or higher in crafting you can also go to the Crafting Guild.
7.Buy a 100 count of thread and a needle.
8.Use your needle on the cowhides to make gloves. Repeat for all 200 cowhides.
9.Sell your gloves at the general store. Gloves should sell for around 1-2#* If the price offered goes down that means the store may be maxed out on gloves. Switch worlds and use another general store to sell at your target price.
10.It is better off to sell the cowhide at the Grand Exchange then get the nooby 2 coins from the general store

Member Technique
1.Go to the Seer's Village.
2.Walk south to the flax field and pick flax.
3.Go to a spinning wheel and spin the flax into bow strings. Repeat until you have 10k in bow strings, or ten thousand bow strings.
4.Sell your bow strings to players for 120 - 200 gp each. If you sell all 10 thousand you will have between 1.2 million and 2 million in gold.
5.Optionally, continue to make and sell bow strings until then you have at least 63 in crafting, and a lot of
runescape gold.
6.Buy green dragon hide.
7.Tan the hides.
8.Use your crafting skill to make dragon hide armor.
9.Sell your armor. Full green dragon hide sells for 10k each.

runescape money but first it starts aout slowly. If you only get 50 steel bars you will only make 7k shown here: EXAMPLE: I buy 100 coal for 160 each that is 16000, and I buy 50 iron for 100 each and thats 5000 so total that is 21000. I smith those all and sell for 550, the lowest you should sell. I would get 27000. Now if you had say 1k steel bars thats 2k coal for 320,000 and iron for 100,000 and you sell for 550 each or 600 each preferably, then you would get 600k or 550k and thats more than 420k, which you started with in that venture. Thats my second guide to make loads of money and it requires some patience. Random Info: If you mine it your self it will take a bit longer BUT will make you a ton more money. Well thats how to make money in a nutshell.
