Cyber Monday Kindle Deals and Other Amazon Offers
It is little wonder that Cyber Monday is becoming more popular among Christmas shoppers than Black Friday, as it offers a far more convenient and comfortable shopping experience. In 2011 Cyber Monday sales topped $1.25 billion, with a large percentage of these sales being made at the big online retailers like Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart according to Mycybermondaydeals.org website.
As usual gadgets are very popular as Christmas gifts, and Cyber Monday Kindle deals are a top seller on Amazon.
In 2011, the Kindle DX was heavily discounted, and in the UK many shoppers grabbed a Kindle Touch at the discounted price of 89 GBP.
Other popular gadgets Amazon sold on Cyber Monday included an Xbox 360 bundle for just $199, Sony’s Cybershot DSC-HX5V Digital Camera which has Sony 10.2 MP for $199, and an unlocked Nokia 8 for $299, which was a saving of $249.
In 2010, Amazon claimed more than 13.7 million items were sold on Cyber Monday. That equates to an incredible 158 items a second.
