I would tell you the downsides as well, if I knew any...The only one I can think that may be a downside to some (put is a plus for many) is that it is Linux hosting, and doesn't allow for .NET server side programming. But, you can use PHP just as well and for the money, it is worth it.

Oh and by "smaller site", I mean not Yahoo or something of the like that is run by a corporation. Bandwidth has never been an issue, and my sites are visited pretty regularly.
