lower high blood pressure levels.
How is high blood pressure diagnosed?
For diagnosis of high blood pressure, a person's blood pressure has to be measured many times. The diagnosis of high blood pressure can be made only when the average value of diastolic pressure of at least two successive measurements are at or above 90 mm Hg (12.0 kPa). The rise of blood pressure to or above that value for a single time cannot be taken as a sure basis for making that diagnosis, but should serve as the reason for making further investigations.

Anti-hypertension Tea-leaf flower is more than a simple health-care drink. It can be used as a medicine to cure hypertension. What is especially noteworthy in this respect is that in most cases the therapeutic effect increases progressively instead of decreasing with the period of administration of this tea as a medicine. This fact once filled people with wonder. It is said that the Anti-hypertension tea-leaf flower used for curing dizziness and lengthening the life span was handed down by the famous ancient surgeon and physician Hua Tuo (141~203), who lived and worked at the end of the Han Dynasty. He is known to have carried out a surgical operation on General Guan Yu without the benefit of any anaesthetic. General Guan endured the excruciating pain, playing chess with a friend at the same time, while the surgeon scraped off the arrow poison in the bone of his left arm. General Guan won great fame in the history of China for his ability to endure physical pain and became almost a legendary hero. What is to be regretted is that Hua Tuo was later killed by the tyrannical prime minister when he proposed to perform a surgical operation on the latter. Anyhow Chinese people learned a long time ago how to cure and prevent those diseases which we now know, from the symptoms described, were due to hypertension.
