Some people said they would like the recipes from the breakfast. I have three of them-- one for Sherry's cinnamon buns and the one for the breakfast bakes (eggs and sausage or eggs and ham) and the last one is something yummy Nancy made.
Cinnamon Buns Made Easy-Sherry's cinnamon buns
2 – loaves frozen bread dough
1 – stick margarine
1 – large pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 – cup brown sugar
1 – tsp. cinnamon
2 – tbsp. milk
1 – cup raisins or chopped nuts (optional)
Thaw bread dough. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
Pull pieces off 1 loaf and put into greased pan.
Melt margarine in a pan and add pudding, brown sugar, cinnamon and milk.
When dissolved, pour over bread pieces.
Pull second loaf apart and fill in empty spots.
Add raisins or nuts (optional)
Cover with waxed paper and towel and let rise for 3 hours.
Bake at 350 degrees for ˝ hour, no longer.
Invert onto a cookie sheet covered with foil.
Serve warm or cold.
BREAKFAST BAKE 1 LB. BULK SAUSAGE OR SPAM OR HAM 6 SLICES OF BREAD 1 HEAPING CUP GRATED CHEESE 6 EGGS 2 CUPS MILK 1 TSP. DRY MUSTARD 1 TSP SALT SALTUE SAUSAGE, DRAIN FAT. TEAR BREAD INTO PIECES, PLACE IN BOTTOM OF GREASED 9/13 PAN. COVER WITH CHOICE OF MEAT AND CHEESE. BEAT EGGS WITH REMAINDER OF INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER LAYERS. COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. PLACE IN COLD OVEN. BAKE 350 DEGREES, 40-45 MINUTES (PS-- I USE CHEDDER CHEESE MILD) Magic Marshmellows Crescent Puffs 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 cans Pillsbury Quick Crescent Dinner Rolls 16 large marshmellows 1/4 cup butter- melted Combine sugar with cinnamon. Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles. Dip a marshmellow into melted butter. Roll in cinnamon and sugar. Wrap dough triangle around each completely covering marshmellow, and squeeze edges of dough tightly to seal. Dip in melted butter and place buttered side down in deep muffin cup. Place pan on cookie sheet during baking. Bake in a 375 oven for 10-15minutes. Immediately remove from pans and drizzle with glaze. |
