Depressed indeed

Today,I have a very bad mood,because of something about exam.
I did't do a good job in the NMET,.so i promised myself as well as the person caring me that i will cheer up in a new campus. Even though i didn't keep my word at all,i also think i am a good student up till now. wow gold
Indeed,perserverence is my final goal,due to my laziness sometimes.For instance,it's really hard for me to get up early in cold winter morning,the only arguement that can encourage me not to give up is the promise of being a
positive person forever.Naturally,I can stay in the dorm and have a good morning dream.but I 'm clear that if  i
enjoy a good morning ,i must self-blame a whole day.so I DO get up early only if i have any class  in the morning.

I just don't want to regret....
But so what?
What i get?
so many self-princpling days don't  work completely.

i'm a little upset...
I want to be ambitious,i want to achieve my goals.But on the way to success,I face too many obstacles.Even
though many friends tell me don't care,but i lose control,i can't control myself to think about it.
In fact
if it's only the problem of sholarship,I can free myself quickly.anyway,money is not the basic problem.
But unluckily.
In fact ,it's the problem of attitude towards life in my opinion.i insist that it at least can reflect my study situation these days. ,life seems to have a bad tendency...so it makes me depressed.
Indeed, i don't want to degenerate like so many people arround me.

YES.it's really unfair,she even has a worse attitude towards study,but she has a good result.

"To improve employee engagement, WorkTrends found four major contributors: leaders who inspire confidence in the future, managers who recognize and respect employees, having exciting work that employees know how to do, and organizations that demonstrate a genuine responsibility to employees and their communities."As for a global snapshot of employee engagement, India ranked highest while Japan was at the bottom of the list. Additionally, North American employees scored higher in employee engagement than their European counterparts, with the exception of the Netherlands. Regardless of the country of origin, all managers should be doing more in addressing employee engagement according to Kowske. "As a baseline, managers need to treat all employees fairly and with respect. The organizational culture should not tolerate employee humiliation or retaliation as 'feedback,'" she says. "Managers also have a responsibility to recognize employees regularly for task achievement, going far beyond recognition for extenuating circumstances, and acknowledging a job well done on everyday task. One night in Beijing

Tonight was destined to be a exciting and amazing night,29th Beijing Olympic Games openning ceremony attracted all the people around the world.I believed that every Chinese felt proud of China,our motherland.
  This openning ceremony was very wonderful,which showed the great ancient and modern civilization of China through some individual artis

tic ways.At the beginning,thousands of drummers'performance gave the audiences deep impression,their movement is rather orderly and represented  the vigour of China.Besides the performance showed the four great inventions in ancient China through dancing and some Chinese individual ways.At that time I was shocked by the original show.
  In addition the theme song sang by Sarah Brightman and Chinese singer Liuhuang,YOU AND ME ,was also successful,whose melody could make people feel relax and comfortable.And at the end Lining flew in the sky and lighted the cauldron ,which bacame a high point and big surprise.
  I am proud of China and this night will be cherished by me forever and be memorised.Happy China, Wonderful Beijing.

 What the Sanlu incident bring to us
  Recently people around the world are shocked by the Sanlu incident,the contaminative Sanlu milk lead to more than ten thousands of babies suffering from  kidney stone.I think we should not only criticize the  offenders but also should think about this issue and get some lessons from it.
  The government should  severely punish those who violate the law and discipline ,especially the criminal in the food service industry who lead the great harm to the people's health.And the department of quality control should pay more attention on the check on the food quality.Some days ago the National Inspection-Free production was abolished. It show that our country put the vital interest of people on the first place.And I think this measure can effiently decrease the incidence of the commitement in the food security.
  In addition,the manufacturer should realise that they should keep the law and recognise their responsiblies on their shoulder when they produce the food which relate to the health of the people.Sanlu was a famous brand of milk in China but after this incident the promising future of it was absolutely destroyed.That's a painful lesson.
  For the customer we should be more careful in selecting the commodity and pay more attention on supervising the manufacturers'behavivor.
  It's never too late to mend.I sincerely hope that the incident like Sanlu will never happen.

ALGIERS - The high price of oil will continue until the end of March 2008, the president of OPEC said Saturday.

"The surge in price will probably endure until the end of the first quarter of 2008, before stabilising during the second quarter," the Algerian Energy Minister Chakib Khelil - who is also OPEC leader - said on the sidelines of a conference on the security of hydrocarbon pipelines in the Algerian capital. Khelil said a second quarter stabilisation was "probable."

He blamed the current surge in the price of crude on the international markets on the tensions in Pakistan, escalating violence in Nigeria - Africa's largest producer - and the reduction in US stocks of crude.

On Wednesday the price of a barrel of crude reached 100.09 dollars (67.85 euros) in New York, before retreating at the close to 99.18 dollars.

Khelil estimated that the oil market is currently "sufficiently supplied" but did not rule out an increase in production by the cartel at its next meeting in February.

That meeting will take place in Vienna on February 1. It will closely study predictions for world economic growth, notably in the US, which has been seriously affected by the credit squeeze from the sub-prime mortgage crisis.

"If a US economic recession takes hold, OPEC is not going to increase its current offering only to be called upon, later, to reduce it," he said.

OPEC, which currently produces 27.2 million barrels per day (bpd), accounts for about 40 percent of world oil output, the rest coming from producers who are not part of the organisation.

At the last OPEC meeting, at Abu Dhabi on December 5, OPEC decided to leave its current level of production unchanged.
