Well, as too many shopping to do and slowly i realised that the bahts are running short though Lao Hua lent me 10,000 bahts. Ok, look, this morning the staff of the tuck shop stopped the Chinese teacher informing him to get a yellow T shirt which cost 150 B. It is cheap. I got one in the Tesco which cost 250 B. But of course with different style. The yellow colour is the main colour for the land of Sawadee this year, infact it continues from the past year when the King was on thrown 60 years celebration. This year the King celebrate 80 years old birthday in December, i think.

The came the school colour, the purple, in the kindergarten is pink. Of course, this is a part of the administration. Can you imagine the colourful shirts in the school compound.

Come Firdae will go to Chiang Mai to attend the funeral of a teacher. Her father was more than 90 years old. When i arrived, she came to welcome me with her husband , the Head of the Academy. Two days later she took us to the Labour office to apply for the work permit. I did not know the culture of the people here. Wondering why she could excuse herself from the funeral procession. In fact, they are waiting for some of the relatives to return from the UK.

The body would be claimed out today and the cremation would be held on Friday. Well, there would be a long distance travelling again. Of course, can take a day off in CM if i like after the creamation . but what i could do in CM ? There are lots of fun be found down from the saunna to the lust. However, i am as poor as the church mouse, U know better.

Many days i was trying to login the TW site but i fogot till today. I managed to login and read some of the articles. Again the problems of hair and shirt surfaced and it was sad to note that the pupils did not know that it is the rules from the government, certainly is from Ministry of Education lor.

在校已久了，我都蛮了解每位老师的处事态度。虽然我的成绩并不标青。那我就老师眼中的坏学生！

Again, it rained cats and dogs and temperature came down to 20 degree C. I woke up with a 22 showing however, it is not that chilly. But, bathing with the cold water is still a chanllenging job for me. The school has installed the hot water for us, the foreign teachers. I told Loa Hua , i could not take  hot neither cold.

The CD dis man would not like to work, with the radio could get the local stations. That man, disman was bought in The Store,Muar. Now i could not listen to the CDs i brought along.

I could log in now to write this piece of work have to thank the Academy Director, he gave me the key of the meeting room.

The work permit will be available in a week. All the foreign teachers went to the Labour office on Wednesday and thereafter, i went shopping spree with the driver. We went to Big C and i bought about 2300 bahts. A big amount and this have to blame Loa Hua because she lent me 10000 bahts. :))

Next week will go to the Mai Sai, the immigration department to convert the NON B visa into the resident visa. Then it goes for a 11 month contract. Thus, one month have to drink the west north wind lor.

So this is the life. For the past 5 years, life is always the west north wind hehehe

The hot weather is leaving soon. According to my academy director, with his littke English, he told me that the raining season this year comes early. It rained cats and dogs two nights ago. I was almost dying the second day after arriving from the Boleh Land. Not to worry much, not they kidnapped me for son-in-law but the weather was high till 38 degrees the room temperature and u can imagine the out side  heat.

Therefore, i am lucky , ain't I. The raining season supposed to be in mid May but now it starts and today the noon weather is only 26, huh, missing that ? Come here lah.

Have a quick chat with the senior teacher and the director and hope i would not face the same problem again like those in the past.

Would like to go to open the bank account and certainly the food problem. Staying in the school hostel with cooking facilities , and peti ais juga hot water showering facilities. Not bad.O course, cannot compared with the better facilities in the past. What i appreciared much is that they have given us, the guru asing the best that they can served.

The school has the net surfing facities but the foreign page will make you sleep. But the Thai page is good and now surfing the Happy Time, oh, hope it is good for me.

Book the October holiday tickets to and fro. Hehehe, free ticket but not free aiport tax lor. Just save about 200 ringgit lah by the to and fro. I remember the Thailand airport tax for international route is unlike Malaysi by miles and kilometers instead of standard 500 bahts for international route.Never travel local in Thailand thus do not know how much the tax is. But for China, hope it is still valid, the international route is 90 yuan and domestic is fifty yuan flat rate regardless of the distance.

Frankly, i never watched one of his films. Not even know he is a made in Malaysia diretor. Pai se ler. Tak kenal ornag kampong. Bukan apa, dia punya film tak ada di Malaysia lah, kalau ada pun, jauh di Kuala Lumpur saja. So i never touched his film.

Of late, the Star carried a big write up of this orang kampong and i got to know him. The most stunning one is the Golden Horse Award. He withdrew all the categories in the competition. Aiya, he got so many awards liao, one or two tak ada pun tak apa lah

But this one is not only made in Malaysia but also shot in Malaysia about a Malaysian story. Sure the film i cannot watch again. by the time it screens in the cinema, i would be in  Sawadee land and kerja liao. If i can get the VCD also will be dubbed in Thai language.

寂寞與渴望的解剖刀

從第一部作品《青少年哪吒》到即將上映的新作《黑眼圈》，他的電影擅長把戲劇性完全抽離，剝離傳統電影敘事的封閉與夢幻，反而過度寫實，從一場場真實到近乎生活切片般的戲裡，赤裸裸地暴露每個角色的內在狀態，同時也逼得觀眾不得不以銀幕裡的人事，回過頭來檢視著自己。
他的每部電影，都是擲地有聲、充滿力道的作品。《青少年哪吒》裡的年輕人找不到生命的意義與依靠，除了追求出軌的快感，最後仍是仰天低語，苦無出路。《愛情萬歲》的片名就是極大的諷刺，三個陌生的男女，在一棟空屋子裡來來去去，隨著緩慢的生活節奏，私密地分享、啃蝕彼此的寂寞，楊貴媚最後長長的哭泣，更像是一場放肆的渲洩。《河流》裡的一家三口，在不斷漏水的房子裡住著，語言已經無法溝通，因為他們其實各自活在另一個世界裡。《洞》更是預言世紀末的人的處境，寂寞放大成全人類無法抵抗的未知疾病，只剩下葛蘭的情歌守住了些許殘缺的溫暖。《不散》把老戲院裡的空曠唏噓，與懷舊的氛圍、孤寂的心靈做出巧妙的聯結對照。到了話題聳動的《天邊一朵雲》，看似關注色情工業的荒謬情境，其實仍在對於一段無力完成的愛情關係，做出既殘酷又同情的描寫。
蔡明亮的新作《黑眼圈》，將影片背景從他熟悉的台北，轉到另一個他同樣熟悉的地方──故鄉馬來西亞。電影一開始映入眼簾的，就是吉隆坡熱鬧的街道。看似不經意的取景，李康生和陳湘琪在鏡頭中閃了出來，他們從外型上就像是融入當地的勞動階層。在蔡明亮刻意安排、兩人沒有任何一句對白的情境之下，觀眾可以不把他們的角色當成是台灣人，因此「文化差異」這件事，在電影中也可以被忽略；甚至，我們可以把這兩個角色當成是聽不到說話的人。
在這種沒有語言溝通的情況之下，片中四個主要角色開始一點一點地互動起來。陳湘琪與李康生看似在發展愛情，但在擁擠的工人宿舍、空曠到宛如夢境般的工地之間，愛情的滋長被煙霧與口罩造成的阻隔，變得更加曖昧而荒謬。李康生在被圍毆受傷之後，又意外被一個馬來工人收留，他對李康生的關懷、照顧，則是同性愛情的溫柔流洩。陳湘琪負責照顧另一個躺在病床上的植物人，她與「他」的肉體接觸那麼密切頻繁，所有動作（梳洗、擦拭、翻身），卻又是完全冷感到而毫無感情可言，但偏偏蔡明亮選擇讓李康生同時飾演這個植物人一角。究竟這是純粹的巧合，或者這也是陳湘琪的情感投射？
在看似簡單到近乎沒有情節的敘事之下，這四個角色的關係互相重疊、交錯，開始產生越來越複雜的意義。尤其蔡明亮又用一張「破床墊」做為全片的母題，這張破床墊在電影裡來來去去不斷移動；但「床」本身又可以被當成是類似「家」的延伸意義。於是乎，這張毫不起眼的破床，在片中就不斷地轉換它的豐富意涵：既是流浪在都會叢林、漂泊如寄的象徵，也有相互依偎、彼此關愛的意象存在。
蔡明亮這次用了多種不同的音樂素材，但共同的特質都是帶有「風花雪月」般的歌詞，尤其是那些印度歌舞片的主題曲（台灣戲院看到的中文字幕，都有把那些歌詞翻譯出來），一句句俗不可耐的浪漫求愛，都對於片中的主角關係做出極端諷刺的對比，也呈現了馬來西亞當地多種民族、語言與文化融合共處的環境特殊性。
不過地理空間的改變，並沒有改變蔡明亮的作者記號。從台北到吉隆坡，他的鏡頭語言依舊犀利精準，尤其對於人際之間的親密與疏離，還是一刀劃下、血流如注的那種真實殘酷。雖然看似悲觀，但蔡明亮的世界觀並不是完全絕望的，就像《河流》裡李康生走出房間、仰望露台的鏡頭；或者是《天邊一朵雲》裡帶著眼淚、但終於真正接觸到的情慾關係，他還是對人與人之間的情感溝通，餘留一道曙光。
《黑眼圈》讓人讚嘆的結尾高潮，堆砌在最後那個絕妙的長鏡頭。蔡明亮一向很會為電影畫句點，《黑眼圈》的尾聲帶點魔幻寫實的味道，在緩緩推進的長時間鏡頭之下，呈現一種氤氳彌漫、似真似幻的感覺。即使在殘破幽暗、淹滿廢水的工地，那個看似三人和平共處的幸福構圖，絕非是純然想像的「恐怖平衡」，反而是蔡明亮在現實人性的觀察之下，還保有的一點點樂觀與希望；而這也同時讓人心甘情願在他的解剖刀下，繼續從影像裡尋找某些最真實的自我。

Back to the house, all the rain water socked in the upper floor. The rain never stopped since i returned. Well, the good thing about the rain is the weather cold down much.

Need to be informed, my house has no fan, thus, this helps a lot.

Meet those ex pupils in Kajang, all of a sudden i felt i am ageing so fast.They are all so beautiful women and handsome young men. The fear came into my mind that they are going to face lots of challenges soon. Well, this is what the ppl always have for the parents ?? Nope, i am too much worrisome for them.

Isn't this part of the life??
