If you like to listen to the Chinese muslim issues in Malaysia, you like to listen to these programmes.

马来西亚是一个多元种族国家。这当中,马来人占人口的大约60%,华人占大约20%,印度人则占大约10%,主要官方语是马来语,而回教是马来西亚的官方宗教。不过马国的宪法也保证非回教徒的宗教信仰自由。

在马来西亚,为了维持国家的稳定,马来人受到了国家的特别照顾,而对“马来人”这个族群概念,马来西亚宪法也有特别的定义。马国宪法第160条就对马来人的定义作出解释,那就是 “需信奉伊斯兰教,说马来话,及必须奉行马来传统习俗。”而按照这个定义,任何马来西亚公民若符合条件,就可以获得特权。

我们在吉隆坡访问了马来西亚国际回教大学讲师Osman Chuah Abdullah蔡福隆博士。蔡博士对宗教道德以及马来西亚华人回教徒的问题有相当的研究。这期的节目里,我们就请他对马来西亚马来人定义的问题为我们进一步讲解。

Warning from Deputy IGP: Don't interfere

KUALA LUMPUR: Any “influential figure,” be it police officer or politician, will be asking for trouble if he tries to help secure the release of suspected criminals from detention camps or lock-ups. 

Issuing this warning, Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Musa Hassan said the police force would not allow the hard work of its officers to be sabotaged by anyone. 

Police would initiate investigations against any influential person who wanted to help suspected underworld kingpins, gangsters, vice barons and other criminals get released, he said. 

Musa: 'We need the public's help'
“We will forward our investigations to the higher authorities for further action. 

”We have laws in our country and everything we do is in accordance with the law. We don’t just go out there and detain anyone without any evidence or intelligence,” he told The Star. 

Musa was asked to comment on a special report that appeared in the BBC’s Who Runs Your World? series world edition entitled “Meeting Malaysia’s notorious triads” in which reporter Jonathan Kent, who is based here, looked at how Malaysia’s triad gangs are run. 

The article quoted an alleged gangster as saying: “If I want to operate on a particular street and ask a politician to ask the authorities not to disturb me, the politician might say: ‘It’s impossible to have zero arrests, so you can operate at certain hours and we will patrol after those hours – so it’s a win-win situation'.” 

The alleged gangster was also reported to have said that the last time he was taken in the front door of the police lock-up, he walked out of the back door right away. 

Musa said that police would continue to go after suspected underworld kingpins and vice barons despite many being ordered to be released by the courts following their successful habeas corpus application. 

“We will continue with our efforts in going after such people and need the public’s help in ensuring successful arrests,” he added. 

In a related development, a deputy superintendent from the Bukit Aman Narcotics Department has been arrested by the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) for allegedly taking bribes to help a drug suspect detained under the special preventive laws get off the hook, reports NELSON BENJAMIN.  

The police officer was detained in Kemaman, Terengganu, on Sunday. 

It is learnt that the officer, in his 50s, was caught red-handed with a briefcase containing thousands of ringgit in small denominations. The officer, with more than 25 years’ service in the force, has been remanded to assist in investigations. 

It is learnt that a family member of the suspect lodged a report with the ACA recently, alleging that the officer was demanding a large sum of money to release the suspect. 

Those detained under the special preventive laws are usually sent to the detention centre in Simpang Renggam. 

Musa confirmed the arrest.

i was watching CCTV 4 at uncle Ooi's shop, i thought Lao Ba has gone long time but it was just a few days ago. When i was in China, i watched the documentary of him and Ping Xing, i thought both have bid farewelll to the world liao but Loa Ba is not wor.

Ok, i got this article and hope it will share with you. I read his work but not tooo interested init lo, don't know why...hehehe

巴金:最后为鲁迅抬棺者

走了,最后一个抬棺者

 

“我总觉得‘信仰’这个词对‘五四’过来的一代知识分子而言,远比我们今天的人重要,他们的献身信仰往往是极其真诚的,不像今天,有的地方钻营着做戏和看戏的虚无党”

 

1936年,鲁迅去世。在为他抬棺者中,有当时32岁但已经文名赫赫的巴金。

 

2005101719点零6分,这位最后一个在世的抬棺者辞别了人世。

 

当晚8点,记者赶到上海华东医学院。很快,上百名记者将门口围了个水泄不通,闪光灯闪个不停。一些巴金的读者也自发地出现在医院的门口。

 

“很久没有见过这么显赫的死了。”一位在场的出租车司机说。

 

复旦大学中文系主任、巴金研究专家陈思和教授认为,巴金是一个鲜活的 20 世纪中国知识分子人格发展的模本和个案,他用“胚胎——形成——高扬——分裂——平稳——沉沦——复苏”来描画巴金一生人格发展的轮回。

 

从信仰起步的文学

 

1927 1 25 23 岁的巴金踏上了从上海港口驶往法国马赛的法国邮船,他要到无政府主义的故乡去寻求真理。此前,这个叫李芾甘的青年, 17 岁时读到了《告少年》和《夜未央》这两本著名的无政府主义作品,欣喜地发现,“我找到了我的终身事业,而这事业又是与我在仆人轿夫身上发见的原始的正义的信仰相合的。”

 

“我的上帝只有一个,就是人类。为了他,我准备献出我的一切”,怀着这样的信念,1923 ,20岁不到的巴金离开了成都的旧公馆,去上海南洋中学,后到南京东南大学附中补习,遇到了一大批信仰无政府主义的朋友。

 

陈思和教授认为,无政府主义的两大思想核心:一是反对任何形式的强权;二是强调绝对的个性自由,这两大思想核心在当时的中国与反帝反封建的主流文化相一致,无政府主义思潮在当时吸引的主要是一批向往革命的青年人。

 

邮轮经过30多天的航行,终于到达巴黎。“1927 年春天我住在巴黎拉丁区一家小小公寓的五层楼上,一间充满煤气和洋葱味的小屋子里,我寂寞,我痛苦,在阳光难照到的房间里,我想念祖国,想念亲人。” 其间,巴金接到大哥的来信,发现他和大哥的感情越来越深,思想却越来越远,这让他十分痛苦,遂产生了以写作小说的形式,让大哥更深地了解他的想法。

 

1928 8 月,巴金的第一部长篇小说《灭亡》完成, 1929 年发表在叶圣陶主编的《小说月刊》上, 1 月号起连载了4,并第一次使用“巴金”这个名字。

 

无政府主义让他走上了创作的道路,巴金毫不避讳此点。许多研究者认为,巴金的作品都可以找到无政府主义的影子。无政府主义的核心价值是“善良的个人,邪恶的社会”,而这即是巴金作品的主题。

 

对信仰的近乎热恋情人般的执著,终其一生,是巴金精神世界的不变基调。“我总觉得‘信仰’这个词对‘五四’过来的一代知识分子而言,远比我们今天的人重要,他们的献身信仰往往是极其真诚的,不像今天,有的地方钻营着做戏和看戏的虚无党。”陈思和表示。

 

“巴金的痛苦就是巴金的魅力”

 

“在南京师范大学附中的校园里,树立着五座校友的铜像,依次排开分别是鲁迅、胡风、巴金、严济慈、袁隆平。这里是巴金的母校,1923 年底,19岁的巴金曾在这里学习,当时的校名为东南大学附属中学。北京大学教授钱理群特别注意到这些铜像,他告诉《瞭望东方周刊》:“他们分别是 20 世纪中国人文精神和科学精神的象征。巴金铜像前的四个字“掏出心来”是巴金亲手题写的,几个字浓缩了 20 世纪人文精神的精髓,亦是他作品的全部。”

 

“巴金一生都为之努力,连同他朴实而真诚的愿望,也是 20 世纪中国乃至现在的奋斗目标。巴金是 20 世纪中国精神的代表,他一生的探索是整个中华民族探索的缩影。”钱理群教授表示。

 

1931 年在《时报》上连载著名的长篇小说“激流三部曲”之一《家》,为年轻的巴金赢得了巨大的声誉,27 岁的他已经是沪上声名斐然的作家。这一时期他的主要作品还有《死去的太阳》、《新生》、《砂丁》、《萌芽》和著名的“爱情三部曲”《雾》、《雨》、《电》。

 

1937 年全面抗日战争爆发,社会急剧动荡,巴金始终没有停止过写作。“我离开上海去南方,以后又回到上海,又去西南,我的生活方式改变了,我的笔从来不曾停止。我的《激流三部曲》就是这样写完的。”

 

“我在一个城市给自己刚造好一个简单的‘窝’,就被迫空手离开这个城市,随身带一些稿纸。在一些地方买一瓶墨水也不容易,我写《憩园》时在皮包里放一锭墨,一枝小字笔和一大叠信笺,到了一个地方借一个小碟子,倒点水把墨在碟子上磨几下,便坐下写起来。”

 

“我也是走一段路写一段文章,从贵阳旅馆里写起一直到在重庆写完,出版。有一夜在重庆北碚小旅馆里写到《憩园》的末尾,电灯不亮,我找到一小节蜡烛点起来,可是文思未尽,烛油却流光了,我多么希望能再有一节蜡烛让我继续写下去。”

 

陈思和用了“巴金的痛苦就是巴金的魅力,巴金的失败就是巴金的成功”来概括巴金,“他的痛苦、矛盾、焦虑……这种情绪用文学语言宣泄出来以后,唤醒了因为各种缘故陷入同样感情困境的中国知识青年枯寂的心灵,这才成了一种青年的偶像”。

 

将萌芽培养成树木的人

 

1957年,巴金同靳以一同创办了《收获》杂志,担任主编。《收获》的办刊宗旨为:“多出人,多出作品”,如今它仍然是中国文学的一块重镇。

 

“处处想到作者和读者,没有私心,不为名不为利”的思想贯穿着巴金的整个编辑生涯。他曾说:“编辑的成绩不在于发表名人的作品,而在于发现新的作家推荐新的创作”,因为他认为“新作者的‘处女作’常常超过成名作家的一般作品。 “作为编辑工作者,你们应当把自己看作这个园地的园丁,你们做的不仅是介绍、展览的工作,你们还有将‘萌芽’培养成树木的责任”。

 

在中国现代文学位列“鲁郭茅巴老曹”中的曹禺,就是巴金所发现的。当时在靳以处,巴金看到存放了两三年的曹禺剧本《雷雨》,一口气读完,被深深吸引,决定在《文学季刊》第1卷第 3期发表。 19361月,他又将《雷雨》编入《文学丛刊》第1集单独出版。

 

而刘白羽、萧乾、卞之琳、臧克家等,都是由于巴金编辑出版了他们的处女作,才得以在文学界崭露头角。萧乾始终认为文生社是他创作道路上的引路人。他说巴金“不仅自己写,自己译,还促使别人写和译;而且为了给旁人创造写译的机会和便利,他可以少写,甚至不写。”

 

上个世纪80年代,从维熙、谌容、张洁、沙叶新、张一弓、张辛欣等不少在新时期走上文坛的年轻作家,同样得到了巴金的扶持、鼓励和保护。特别是,每当有年轻作家受到不公正的批评时,巴金总是公开站出来发表文章,声援他们,为他们辩护。

 

巴金一生的编辑出版活动,1934 年创办《文学季刊》,到主持文化生活出版社,50年代初在平民出版社工作2,担任两社总编辑,再到1957年创办《收获》至今。文学评论家陈丹晨认为,这无形之中形成了一个以他为中心的文化圈。-

 

不能原谅自己

“他生前已经看够了各种表演,在他去世之际,不要急于把各种溢美之词加在他的身上。”

 

“在中国现代文学史上,巴金的文学成就不是最高的,他之所以如此受人瞩目,有两方面的原因,一是‘文革’结束后的《随想录》,当大多数人陷于控诉,把自己当成无辜的受害者时,巴金首先揭发的是自己;二是支持建立现代文学馆,向世人展示真实的文学史。”北大中文系教授钱理群对《瞭望东方周刊》说。

 

最后一篇文章还在道歉

 

“文革”结束后,中国文坛兴起了“伤痕文学”,作家们忙着诉说这场浩劫留下的伤痕。而此时,已经70多岁的巴金,忙着写他“说真话的大书”——《随想录》(散文集)

 

他为自己曾经的文章和行为感到深深的不安,在《怀念胡风》中,他写道:“五十年代我常说作一个中国作家是我的骄傲,可是想到那些‘斗争’,那些‘运动’,我对自己的表演(即使是不得已而为吧),也感到恶心,感到羞耻,今天翻看三十年前写的那些话,我还是不能原谅自己,也不想要求后人原谅我。”

 

在“反右”和“文革”这些“轰轰烈烈”的运动中,巴金究竟做过什么让他感到如此羞耻的事情呢?

 

“《巴金全集》是收录巴金的文章最全的,他写过的文章都在里面。”巴金研究专家陈思和告诉《瞭望东方周刊》,但记者在《巴金全集》里没有找到这些文章。

 

“可能是碍于情面,不愿把巴金的伤疤展示给世人。”北京师范大学研究现当代文学的博士吴德利解释道,“如果不是巴金自己在《随想录》里写出来,很少有人知道那时候他写过什么。”

 

主动揭起这些伤疤的是巴金自己,在《随想录》中可以看到:1957年的“反右”运动中,他曾经批判丁玲的“一本书主义”;批判冯雪锋的“凌驾在党之上”;批判艾青的“上下串连”。

 

“在对胡风、丁玲和冯雪锋等人的批判中,上面要求他写文章,巴金不得不表态,因为他当时任上海文联主席和作协主席。但是在这些文章中,编辑加了很多话,不是巴金的本意。巴金的言论在当时疯狂的批判和揭发风潮中,实在算不了什么。”陈思和说。

 

虽然只是“跟在别人后面丢石块”,巴金也用自己的笔把它记录下来,提醒自己和世人不要忘记。

 

在《怀念胡风》一篇里,他仔细地写下了自己曾经在批判“胡风集团”的运动中写过三篇稿子。第一篇,《人民日报》的记者来上海组稿,他写了《他们的罪行应当得到惩处》,“表了态”;第二篇,为了过关写《关于胡风的两件事》,批评胡风“作贼心虚”;第三篇,本来是批路翎的《洼地上的战役》志愿军与朝鲜姑娘恋爱的,但是经过编辑的修改给“胡风集团”戴上了“反革命”的帽子。

 

巴金重读自己当年批判胡风的文章,说“我好像挨了当头一棒,印在白纸上的黑字是永远揩不掉的,子孙后代是我们真正的审判官,究竟对什么错误我们应该负责,他们知道,他们不会原谅我们。”

 

《怀念老舍》是《随想录》中让人注目的一篇文章,对老舍的死,巴金说“我们这些活着的人真是罪该万死,怎么能不把他保护下来?”

 

“巴老没有做过任何对父亲不利的事情,那时他自己已经被打倒了,变成了‘黑老K’,怎么可能有能力保护别人?”舒乙对《瞭望东方周刊》说。

 

“他有意地通过这种方式来写,检讨自己,也是检讨整个民族。”陈思和说。

 

巴金就像他曾经引用的那个英雄一样,用手抓开自己的胸膛,拿出自己的心高高地举在自己头上,照亮别人的路。

 

他的最后一篇文章《怀念振铎》中还对他的老朋友郑振铎写着深深的歉意。

 

最后一件工作

 

“倘若我能够在北京看到这样一所资料馆,将是我晚年莫大的幸福,比我写五本、十本书都有意义。”巴金这里所说的资料馆就是现代文学馆,建现代文学馆是他一生的最后一件工作。

 

在巴金去世的第二天,《瞭望东方周刊》记者来到设为(北京)灵堂的中国现代文学馆,原文学馆馆长舒乙向记者讲述了巴金和文学馆的故事。

 

1981年,巴金在《创作回忆录》的《关于“寒夜”》一文中,提出建立现代文学馆的设想,对五四以来中国现代文学作家作品进行展示,以此展现中国知识分子的美好心灵,告诉世人并不是“知识越多越反动”。

 

“建现代文学馆就是为了反‘文革’,肯定被‘文革’否定了的现代文学。”舒乙明确地说。

 

同年3月,这篇文章在《人民日报》刊载,得到全国各界人士热烈响应,同时得到政府支持。

 

1985年,中国现代文学馆在北京西郊万寿寺设立,当时因为腿骨骨折的巴金,坐上轮椅到场剪彩。

 

后来,由于收藏品的逐渐增多,万寿寺的房屋不够用,而且也不具备保存珍贵资料需要控制温度和湿度的条件,文学馆面临很大的难题。巴金了解到这一情况,便给时任总书记的江泽民写信。

 

记者在中国现代文学馆见到了1993年巴金写给江泽民的那封信的复印件,上面有江泽民亲笔批示,信中写道:“最近我收到现代文学馆来信,对文学馆目前遇到的挫折和困难,感到很不安……建立中国现代文学馆是我一生最后一个工作,我愿意把我最后的精力贡献给中国现代文学馆。……我又老又病,写字困难,请原谅。一切拜托,敬候批复。”

 

1995年,因新馆工程碰到困难,巴金再次上书江泽民,并再次得到批示。

 

新馆奠基时,巴金已经病重离不开医院,他写了一封信在奠基仪式上宣读“我因病不能远行,但我的心和你们在一起,我希望方方面面,齐心协力,快一点建好新馆。”当时在场的人都为之感动。

 

2000年新馆终于落成。巴金捐出15万元作为文学馆的开办基金,并把以后所得的稿费全部转赠给现代文学馆。后来,他又把自己的所有跟现代文学有关的藏书捐给文学馆,共计8000多册。

 

有人统计在1981年以后巴金留下的205封书信中,有40封是关于或提到现代文学馆的。

 

如今,斯人已去,他捐赠的书还静静地放在现代文学馆三层的作家文库里。文学馆每天繁忙地进行各种展览和学术交流活动,到文学馆的每一个人都要拉着他的手进入馆内(每一个门把手都有他的手模设计的手印)

 

荣辱生前身后事

 

1988年文学评论家刘再复见到巴金时,告诉他准备在《文学评论》发一篇评巴金最近30年来创作的稿子,巴金很严肃地说:“千万不要发表,近30年来我写的都是遵命文学,没有什么值得评的。”

 

“总路线是一盏光芒万丈的明灯,……今天我们好些工业产品已经达到英国水平了,社会主义建设的总路线鼓舞了我们民族的自尊心和自信心,而且提出了切实的保证,用不到15年的时间,我们的工业水平就会超过英国。”谁能想像得出这篇写于1958年的叫做《宣传总路线》的文字,出自那个曾经写过《家》的作家之手。

 

巴金一直为此感到羞愧。为此,他曾经写了一篇《“遵命文学”》,“我的文集里虽然没有‘遵命文学’一类的文字,可是我写过照别人的意思执笔的文章,例如《评不夜城》。”

 

“巴金自己一生痛恨对强权的屈服,他在《家》里为性格软弱的觉新痛心疾首,在现实中他痛恨自己为什么‘那么听话’。”陈思和说。

 

中国有句古话叫“寿则多辱”,巴金忍辱穿过了浩劫,活了下来,又用“真话”挽回了他生命的尊严。

 

“巴金在历史面前的正直与诚实,正是被谎言所挫伤的中华民族最需要的精神品格。”刘再复评价道。

 

1986年,巴金写《“文革”博物馆》一文, “不让历史重演,不应当只是一句空话”,“最好建立一座‘文革’博物馆,用具体的,实在的东西,用惊心动魄的真实情景,说明20年前在中国这块土地上,究竟发生了什么事情!”因为怕历史重演,他连晚上做梦都感到恐惧。

 

根据巴金传记作家李辉回忆,建立“文革”博物馆这件大事一直萦绕巴金心中,并不是像有的批评者所说的那样,很快就放弃了这一构想,他从未放弃过个人的努力。

 

“‘四人帮’决不是‘四个人’,他复杂得多”,“十年浩劫究竟是怎样开始的?人又是怎样变成兽的?我们总应弄出个眉目来吧。”“只有牢牢记住‘文革’的人才能制止历史的重演,阻止‘文革’的再来。”

 

巴金不仅敢于正视自己,他还提醒人们要正视历史。现在,这个历史的纪念馆还没有建立,却已经到了人们纪念他的时候,这个老人在跨越了荣辱参半的一百年后,离我们而去。

 

舒乙说:“他生前已经看够了各种表演,在他去世之际,不要急于把各种溢美之词加在他的身上,而是要去理解、继承他的思想。”

 

刘再复这样概括巴金:“‘文革’结束了,伸冤的伸冤,平反的平反,乌纱帽掉了又带上了,而那些在牛棚里受难的作家与革命家们个个都在讲述自己的苦难过去和向社会索取报酬,甚至讴歌‘二次解放’。只有一个受折磨的灵魂,在寓所的墙角下对过去自己的著作与行为感到深深不安,感到揪心的惭愧,灵魂和双手都在战栗,这就是《真话集》(即《随想录》)的伟大作者……惟一,惟一,Only One!中国的大地这么辽阔,大地上所发生的历史事件这么惨烈,卷入历史运动的人群数亿之众,但我们在大喧哗之后听到的良心呻吟与自我鞭挞却只有一个!”-

 

为大家而活

在网帖中出现得最多的一个词——解脱

 

1017晚,722分,一条署名“泌之洋洋”的帖子出现在天涯社区的“闲闲书话”里。全文只有一句话:“刚刚得到消息:巴老终于解脱!”这是第一条出现在“天涯”的关于巴老辞世的帖子,距巴金辞世只有16分钟。

 

事实上,早于此前数天,就已经有一些类似的帖子在网络中浮动。甚至可以追溯到去年,传言就已萌生。直至新华社正式发布消息,一石激起千层浪,网络中关于巴金的帖子数目便迅速成几何级数增长。

 

解脱

 

在网帖中出现得最多的一个词——解脱。

 

1999年巴金术后,口不能言,身不能动,在病榻上整整躺了六年,六年来只有两次下床坐上轮椅,六年都没有离开过那间布满仪器的病房。巴金曾多次提出过安乐死,最终没能如愿。六年前,手术出来的巴金说,我是为大家而活的。一语成谶。

 

2003年,100岁的巴金再度被选为全国政协副主席,并仍然担任中国作协主席,同年,巴金被授予“人民作家”的誉号。百年诞辰来临之际,各地官方民间活动令人目不暇接。这一切荣誉的喧嚣,都被挡在了病室的那一扇门外,忆及病榻上曾经的那位无力的老人,网友们表达出的是深深的哀挽。

 

一位叫沈胜衣的网友写道:“种种‘百岁华诞纪念活动’的歌舞升平,正使人遗忘了我们离巴金所呼吁的还有多远。——‘为了忘却的纪念’,‘寿则多辱’,病床上无力左右别人的巴金,想到过周氏兄弟这两句话吗?”

 

著名现代文学史学者李辉感慨地对《瞭望东方周刊》说:“巴金长期受病魔的折磨,他的去世,的确是一个解脱。而中国政治的国情,和他自己也没有关系。当然,任何一个人切开了气管还能活六年,这在普通人是不可想像的。但是,现在这样想,未免太刻薄了。”

 

才华

 

网络上,巴金还被探讨得很多的,是他的才华。一位名叫“湖人附近”的网友在天涯论坛的“闲闲书话”发起了一个小调查,很多网友坦言没有读过巴金的小说,许多网友表示兴趣不大。一位网友评价说,巴金的文字激情多于才华,引来一片赞同之声。有人引用李健吾先生在《咀华集》、《咀华二集》里对巴金的评论,直言巴金的激流三部曲只是青春期的产物,并非成熟的好作品。

 

当记者把网友们的观点转述给北大中文系的曹文轩教授时,他非常吃惊,立刻表示不认同这样的看法。他很认真地对记者说:“巴金是很有才华的,他的创作是独一无二的。而且,他是一个很有学养的作家,这也是当代作家所没法比的。”

 

曹文轩不认为巴金的激流三部曲是不成熟的作品,他告诉记者:“巴金前半生的成就在现代文学,他留下那么多作品,影响感染了那么多人。说他没有才华,是不负责任的。而他的后半生,贡献的是他的忏悔意识和自我反省的能力,这更是他留给我们的财富。”

 

新浪网的调查显示,“读过一些”巴金著作的人占受调人数的74%,16.76%“读过很多”,而在对“巴金一生最大的贡献”的调查中,“说出了真话”、“写出了伟大的文学作品”和“使万千青年走上进步道路”票数相当,分别是45.46%41.89%41.69%

 

不管对巴金才华的争论结果如何,一个事实是,许多网友都承认被巴金的小说感动过,这也许才是探讨的意义所在。一位名叫“秦豫”的网友写道:他的小说,能读出一种洋溢的情感。这对于一个作家,很可贵……

论坛上,一篇文章引起了网友的广泛争论,该文认为,忏悔在巴金那里成了“忏悔艺术”,他从青年时起就忏悔,而在他有机会当面向诸如胡风这样的他当年曾激烈批判的人当面道歉时,却没有做,而是在胡风逝世后才写文章忏悔。

 

该文引起一些人的附和,但更多的人对作者的刻薄给予了批评和鄙视。

 

一位名叫“王立在线”的网友这样写道:“批评巴金作品的,无论多狠,亦可接受。谩骂巴金者,有失厚道与个人修为,殊为可恶。”

 

 “对于一个已无法和你辩论的老人,对于一个在那个时代已经算是敢说真话的人,对于那样一个真诚但又有一点软弱的人,这一切都太过分了。”有网友谴责。

 

曹文轩认为,巴金最大的遗憾,便是他没有传人。“像鲁迅、沈从文、老舍,他们的气象还留波在当代文学的各个领域里,但是我们却很少听到现在的作家说他受到巴金的影响。巴金没有传人,这是一个很大的遗憾。”曹文轩对记者说。■

Do you dare when u r 90 years old ??

It is what a fullly live life be isn't it ?

澳大利亚一名曾祖母23日不顾家人反对,在布里斯班上空以跳伞方式庆祝自己92岁的生日。

  这名老人名叫艾琳·伯格,膝下有8个子女、12个孙辈,以及“众多”曾孙辈的孩子。对于这种足以令常人心脏停跳的祝寿方式,她却显得十分坦然

“当你到了我的年纪,过了今天你就不知道明天会怎样。”伯格告诉澳大利亚联合新闻社记者。

  她说,这个冒险念头自从她丈夫25年前去世后就开始萌生。“他什么都不愿做。”伯格说,“他就想坐在那里看体育比赛,但我想干点事。”

  虽然以92岁高龄跳伞已经让很多人自愧不如,但伯格比起有记录的最老跳伞者来说,还小了整整8岁。

If you think Thailand is the place for sex. then you have to reconsider. Many people did not know Thailand did not start the prostition. They are...

Prostitution has existed in Thailand for a long time, and was not introduced by westerners despite popular myths. As early as the 16th and 17th centuries, prostitution was described in reports by sailors visiting Thailand (then called Siam.) Thailand has gained notority in the west as a sex tourism destination since the Vietnam war, although most prostitutes in Thailand serve Thai males.

Ok, if it is not introduced by the westerners, who ? but this article did not say much.

Wel, many people, include Thais are wondering why i choose to stay in Sisaket.

It is hard to tell you, if i am going to tell you then again it is a discrimination issue.However, i don't mind to stay in this economy backward but high living cost province.

I think God treats me well all teh time, i shall not complain more, i of course lost some but in the end i gain more , perhaps in the spiritual etc.

R told me this morning she is most likely not to continue her contract here. God knows where she would go to get a 4k US dollars a month of income.

But this year the immigartion office is a little strict and warned us many times not to engage in part time job.In short, R is not able to teach part time, and thus her income has dwindled. She is leaving for a greener pastures :))

Well more of Thailand can be available here. I do't know how accurate the facts are. It is up to you to judge lor.

Uncle ooi asked me on behalf of a parent to give extra tution to the kids of a medical doctor family. I turned it down. In short i am losing out money. I have no other choices but would have to be careful with it. If my workperit is revoke, then i have to balik liao lor.

E is leaving for a small school  and he came to bid goodbye. Will see what will happen next week.

Oh... he is leaving....
The train did not arrive on time but i have no worries at all as this week is not a school day.i went to school after 9 am and most teachers are back. The head of P 6 Ms Pontip went to Chiangmai for training and bought everyone a gift. The Filipino J was asking me for a gift before Pontip gave out hers. I was telling many people that none in Malaysia, if there is, a few only would do girft which carries Malaysian identity.

I don't want to talk more on this subject.

I went the school and went for a hair cut, the barber seems interested in travelling to neighbouring countries but he has no valid passport, how he would travel, only God knows.

E came in to bid goodbye as he is transferred to a rural school which is about 20 kms away from here. He warned us to protect ourselves that someone would take advantage of the money.He mentioned he tried to protect us for fighting for the holidays. Well, he mentioned that was also for the Thai teachers. In Thailand, the system has to change but no one stands up to fight and change for a better.

As the Chinese proverb says ' sai weng shi ma..." E leaves and the new teacher comes in to take his position, who knows the new one maybe better.

Just keep my fingers crossed.

24th is the united nation day. My easyjournal cannot login thus i am here. will copy from easyjournal and maybe also leave the site.

I bought a new T-shirt wor 199 bahts. I like the quality becaause it is easy to dry. I bought one here in BKK too few years ago and like it so much. It can dry in the hot sun only an hour.It is good for travellinmg especially in South East Asia.

I also bought 5 scout items.

The bus passed a building and i saw a banner flying high on top of the roof. It says 24th is the United nations Day. I don't know how much this international organisation has help the underdeveloped countries. One thing i am certain that many international organisations have the Asia Pacific Region offices in Bangkok.

Well, will leave for Sisaket at night but now have to go back to the hostel to clear up. Perhaps, will come again next year. :))

People say an Irishman is a mad man. They have such a capacity for enjoying life and love. Well, this is what life is really about ?enjoying all that it has to offer. The Irish nuns taught me to cherish the time we have left in us and to live life to the fullest.

My Irish romance

MY romance with the Irish people, and the English language, culture and education began when I was six years old. I remember very well when my illiterate father handed me over to one of the Irish nuns. Though he could not speak a word of English, somehow the nun understood him. 

She took my small hand and led me off to class. My heart was thumping so loudly I imagined it was going to jump out of my throat. I was terrified that I wouldn't see my mother ever again. 

But I did not cry. It was much later when I could not see my mother抯 face among the crowd waiting outside the classroom that I let loose the hot tears that I had been bravely holding back. 

So began my very English and western education in the hands of the devoted and selfless Catholic nuns, who came all the way to then Malaya to set up mission schools. Many of them died here. For 11 years I was schooled in all things western, though we were taught our national language, Bahasa Kebangsaan, and the Negara Ku, which the Irish nuns could sing better than most Malaysians today. 

From a very early age, I was introduced to the folk music and dance culture of the Irish, but the literature that was introduced was mostly English. The nuns would have us read original poetry and literary texts of great writers like Dickens. It was only at university that I discovered Celtic mythology, and the great Irish writers and poets who have fascinated me. 

I was exposed to the Catholic faith right from the time I stepped into the mission. Although I was never influenced, somehow the universal Christian values stayed in my psyche. The church抯 tradition of telling bible stories helped me develop my love for writing and telling stories. 

I am grateful to the Irish nuns for providing me with a solid and well-rounded education and for teaching me the positive universal values of what being a human being really means. They taught me decency and good behaviour. 

Although I lost my mother at a very young age I did not turn bad, though for many years I was truly rebellious. However, I now realise that it is in my nature to rebel against anyone or anything that tries to impose its will on me. 

I am now aware that it is my strongindividualistic and artistic inclinations that have determined my nature and the Irish nuns had, in a way, encouraged me to develop my own character. They helped channel my creative and rebellious energies into wholesome and beneficial pursuits. 

I still feel very close to Ireland and its people, although I have never visited its windswept shores. The Irish have always impressed me with their resilience in the face of adversity, with their stamina for springing back with fortitude, with their natural talents in writing, poetry, painting, song and dance.

Irish poet Dylan Thomas (1914-53) wrote: 

Do not go gentle into that good night:

My Irish romance will end the day the light in me dies, but I hope it will live on in my writing and poetry.

    Hello from Bangkok

    So another new blog, if you cannot read it here, don't complaint me lor. I used Lo li lo so because when i was in Penang, the last day in Malaysia, now i am in Bkk, tomorrow balik Sisaket. I heard the auty said LOLILOSO, not the song, don't mistake it, so it struck me when i am in the cyber cafe in BKK to activate this blog, it sounds nice to me. If you know Penang Hokkien language, you should what it is.
